Ordered in store on December 5 2025 at around 12:30 pm. Was a super awkward experience. The guy or girl, I couldn’t tell was seemingly bothered by me entering the store eventually took my order and then handed it to me with filthy hands and then proceeded to try and make very awkward conversation. It looked like a woman but had more of a moustache than I do. The store was also very dirty inside.When I got home my chicken was severely undercooked. Won’t be eating here ever again and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Pre order a festive meal at 11 am to be delivered for 3:30 didn't get my order until 4:03 after I called to ask where it was...when arrived everything was cold and they forgot my dipping sauce ...when I called to complain all I got was a credit for 3 dipping suace ...doesn't do me now so disappointed

Ordered through their app never got my order and called to reorder and was told I had to wait and be put at the back of the line and wait another hour and a half, manager would not talk to me. Never again Its going to take 5 days to get my refund..turned around and ordered off skip to the Wayne Gretzky location got my food in 30 mins...much better

I just got a meal for two at this location 40ish minutes ago and this lady at the cashier was SSO nice! like I was missing some change for the order (because I forgot about the dumn ahh tax thing) and she still let me have it despite the difference! I didn't get her name but I still absolutely love her so much, I hope she has the most amazing day ever, for the rest of her life!
Excellent customer service. Gave me and my girlfriend plenty of condiment and tissues for our food. Additionally the food was very steamy and nicely cooked for the most part. The chicken could be more crunchy.

Kfc Food is a favorite best chicken around .... Service was good even thou only 1 guy was taking orders and than cooking and wrapping the food up all on his own could hear another person in the back but that was it didnt see them cooking or taking orders or helping 🤔 Atmosphere was relaxed but quiet n dim lighting protests across the road for illegal dumping but I enjoy those quiet moments especially in the city 😉

Only go to this KFC if you like a dirty atmosphere and love to munch on someone else’s hair with your meal.
I ordered a bucket of chicken with fries and gravy. Get to my vehicle and open it to make sure the food and cutlery and sauce was in it and I saw a giant black hair on my chicken. I went back in and told the cashier, who literally laughed when I told her (who had long, straight, black hair, the exact same as was in my food) and she said she will get the manager, David. David came and I told him that I found a hair in my food and he told me I probably put it in myself. I said “this is an extremely long and black hair and my hair is brown and curly, it’s not even the same.” And he said I was probably trying to get a free meal. Apparently David wants to save the $ from a bucket of chicken more than he cares about the health and safety of his customers. Maybe David should go back to fast food academy and learn that bits of human hair don’t belong in food.
