I am extremely disturbed by the treatment I received at the 27 Dalhousie Street location. What started as a simple food order turned into a shocking and unacceptable experience.
I came in while heavily pregnant to place an order for a 3-piece chicken combo and two Zinger combos. The manager, Owen, was immediately rude and dismissive, stating he could not guarantee white meat even if I paid or was willing to wait. I was the only customer in the store at the time, yet he continued speaking to the cashier in a way that made it clear he did not want to accommodate my request. I couldn’t help to believe that he just hate his job
The situation escalated in a way that is completely unacceptable. I was subjected to a racist slur during this interaction all because I said this is not a good service coming from a manager. No customer should ever experience racism, discrimination, or disrespect of this nature especially from someone in a management position.
This goes far beyond poor customer service. This is about basic human respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated immediately. Behaviour like this should not be tolerated in any establishment. I will never come to this KFC again ever, I legit left there feeling horrible.

We are not very happy customers are all we had Uber delivery we never got our chicken popcorn with the order and we call the brush us off so we will not never again order from them so we get scammed big time 😡😡

I had worst experience over there. When I went with my friend and we request to use washroom, they ask us to buy some food before washroom use then they will only give us washroom key.

Went to pick up an order asked to use the restroom told I had to make a purchase to use it an like am pickup order I walk out as the place smelled of sewer anyways the person I was with got the order and told the lady that was rude of her she told him oh well

Spent almost $40 on a 12-piece chicken with fries and gravy and it was terrible. The fries and chicken were extremely salty, the chicken was oily, and the breading was falling off. Not crispy at all.
I called to complain and was told that no one else had complained and that the food was fresh out of the fryer and the box makes it moist. Very dismissive response and poor customer service.
I’ve had KFC many times from Brampton locations and it’s always crispy and good. This location was honestly disgusting. Waste of money. Stay away. Made my stomach sick 🤢🤮.

Orders spicy wrap and 2 regular wraps and small popcorn and fries bucket. Driver took longer then should have so wasn't that warm. The wraps were overpriced, small dry not alot of them certainly not worth almost $4 each . Won't buy again. Small popcorn and fries were dry cold and small. All not worth the money

Ordered in store on December 5 2025 at around 12:30 pm. Was a super awkward experience. The guy or girl, I couldn’t tell was seemingly bothered by me entering the store eventually took my order and then handed it to me with filthy hands and then proceeded to try and make very awkward conversation. It looked like a woman but had more of a moustache than I do. The store was also very dirty inside.When I got home my chicken was severely undercooked. Won’t be eating here ever again and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Pre order a festive meal at 11 am to be delivered for 3:30 didn't get my order until 4:03 after I called to ask where it was...when arrived everything was cold and they forgot my dipping sauce ...when I called to complain all I got was a credit for 3 dipping suace ...doesn't do me now so disappointed

Ordered through their app never got my order and called to reorder and was told I had to wait and be put at the back of the line and wait another hour and a half, manager would not talk to me. Never again Its going to take 5 days to get my refund..turned around and ordered off skip to the Wayne Gretzky location got my food in 30 mins...much better
