Paid an extra $3.20 to 'upgrade 'my chicken to white meat. The chicken doesnt even know hes missing a piece of his body! So NOT worth $18.30 what a scam!!! NEVER AGAIN,what a let down

Extremely dirty, staff was ignorant, asked to use the washroom after I had surgery. Was denied. The outside of the building is delapitated, inside was greasy ,could see stains on washroom door bottoms. Was told to order something before I used the washroom. I was extremely angry as they had no idea what my health condition was, I could have herniated myself, staples still I left feeling ill. They even had the audacity to say I do this all the time , a complete fabrication. When I live on the other end of town. They don't deserve your patronage, I can't understand a public place refusing people using the washroom. Don't take my word for it check it out. Please confirm, so that my concerns aren't just groundless. I won't ever buy something from there ever again called a lyre to my face. Left feeling ill and angry. Even a dirty place can serve good food, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere, good food, good staff, cleanliness, and being kind is important, I think anyways. I think KFC should rethink if staying open is actually a viable option. There are other options in town that I've explored since and quite frankly they all provide more most are more expensive except for one Booster's ckicken I'm telling you check it out on Tuesday

Yummy and they had a excellent 25% Off a bucket sale at the time. That was written approximately 2 years ago. Kentucky fried chicken on Dalhousie st. Sadly today it was awful the french fries tasted day old and chicken was dry we were very disappointed. Even dipping in gravy didn't help. Most of the french fries went in the garbage. Might be time to try a new chicken place.

Every other location I’ve been too has messed up my order or just terrible food this location on the other hand always has the best customer service and the freshest food big shoutout to my cashier!!! greeted me very friendly and helped me with my order when it wasn’t working through the app

Staff here Is so rude. Especially their manager and one employee with colourful hair. They canceled my order for no reason and trying to lie on my face. They didn’t even cancel the order till its closed so that i cannot place any other order online in the meantime. I hope KFC management take some action on these employees( Especially MANAGER ) who are trying to disrespect customer and be rude to them. I DO NOT recommend this STORE.

Everyone’s gotta love a Kentucky fried bone from this location? staff used to care when the manager was in but he was the one cooking this time so if he don’t care I understand why they don’t lol. Staff and manager couldn’t even answer a question about there own new menu items plus gave us dirty looks for askin ??♂️??♂️
