Wow. I just ate what may have been the worst chicken sandwich of my life. Pretty sure they just microwaved yesterday's chicken. Fries must have been from the morning, stale and Luke warm. Its been years since ive been to KFC and as the lord is my witness, I'll never go again. Popeyes!

Staff so irresponsible just buzy with there phone they do not care thata somebody is waiting for there order today around 1:30 pm i went to pickup the order order was ready but the guy was working looked ike high without any reason i jave waited ten min satff even dont care that somebody is calling them he just ignore me

Ordered the chicken tenders.No, longer have any flavor pretty bland not the seasoned spices from the kernel for sure.Also depending which k f c I go to, sometimes, it tastes like they're fresh pieces of chicken, and sometimes it tastes like their chicken that somebody bought out of the freezer section used to love them.Unfortunately it's kind of gone downhill

Called to speak to someone about wrong items delivered. I didnt even get to talk and was hung up on then would not answer after repeated calls to them. Food was soggy. Will never order from this place again. Spent over $100 for terrible food and terrible service. Driver was great.

Clearly told them I wanted rings but instead was given cold fries. Not sure why headquarter of KFC is allowing this franchise go downhill. The owner needs to take some onus and combat the mismanagement. People spend hard earned money just to get inadequate quality fast food.

40 minute wait for chicken, even though we placed a pick up order well in advance. Then they forgot half our order. Unfortunately this has happened more than once. Wouldn't recommend it.

Very slow service on toonie Tuesday. I waited 20 mins for my food and was late for work. I told them repeatedly but they did not care. Horrible service. They need more staff and better staff
Ordered on uber, they forgot my tenders with my tender combo. Gave me onion rings instead that i didn’t order. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Waste of $20. Also not to mention it would be nice if they could answer the phones, I know they hear it ringing.

I recently visited KFC and was disappointed at first because my order took much longer than expected to be prepared. It was frustrating having to wait, especially since the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. However, once the staff realized the delay, they made a genuine effort to make things right. They apologized for the inconvenience and added extra wings along with a complimentary drink to my order. That gesture really turned the experience around. While the wait was not ideal, I appreciated their customer service and willingness to correct the mistake, which showed they value their customers.

Pre-ordered food 30mins ahead, get to the restaurant and get told I'll have to wait another 20mins. I get that the restaurant is busy and I'm waiting for fresh food. But what was the point of ordering ahead if you fill every drive-thru order and anyone inside the restaurant gets to wait.
