I tried KFC in Canada, and I was really disappointed with the taste of their fried chicken. It lacked the flavour and crispiness I was expecting, especially when compared to KFC in India, where the quality is far superior. In India, KFC has a perfect balance of spices and texture, making it much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Canadian version just doesn't live up to the same standard. I was expecting that and a better delicious experience, but it fell short. I also feel that the products are not worthy to the price 😕😔 ....!

Tried chicken sandwich at this place for the first time, sad to say the chicken was clearly expired, dry, hardened, stale and tasteless, had to threw it away, never gonna come back at this place again to buy anything; worst food ever, they serve their customers expired food!!

Chicken so greasy. Pool of grease at bottom of bucket. Chicken legs so overcooked 4 drum sticks barely edible. 35 bucks for total disappointment. Door dash only good thing about this order.

Extremely terrible service at this place. Ordered 2burgers & 2 popcorn chickens with pop for my kids. I was told it would take 6mins in order to have the burgers fresh. 10mins later they had'nt started making the order. Finally got our order and there was bothing fresh about it. Sales person was literally on his mobile phone through out. In my 7 year old daughter's words - twas a hell of a terrible service, burgers were'nt fresh and attendant was totally distracted
This is the slowest place ever. I need to stop bringing my kid to the mall for lunch because she always wants a chicken sandwich. Every single times is irritating. Today we were here as they opened. When I got to the counter she was wiping it down. My sandwich was ready on the window and it says there while she filled the ice bucket. There were no straws out and my sandwich was wrong. The counter wiping and ice and straw filling should be done before they open.
