I came early on a Sunday while everything was still preparing to open up and I sat in the food court waiting for winners to open when I see 2 employees, 1 which was standing on the counter with dirty work shoes to clean the KFC/Taco Bell sign and proceeds to not wipe down counter after. How are you gonna go out of your way to wipe down signs but not your counters. Absolutely unsanitary. Additionally the one employee was rubbing at his eyes and wiping his nose with his hand then goes to touch the drink machine. For a store that is out in the open where customers can view, you would think they would have more awareness of their surroundings and who might be viewing such things. Definitely would not recommend supporting a place that could potentially get you sick from lack of cleanliness. Do better!

Amazing experience thanks to simran working at cash register last night. The only reason for 5 star is because of his excellent customer service and kind helping nature to guide me through all deals/combos. He made the food fresh and hot as well and did not have me wait for long. 10/10 experience

I recently visited KFC at Lyden Park Mall for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed. The service champion greeted us with a rude attitude and unhelpful facial expressions. As first-time customers unfamiliar with the menu, we hoped for some guidance, but no assistance or information was offered.
The food quality was also poor. I ordered the plant-based sandwich, and it was extremely oily. The stuffing tasted undercooked and unpleasant, which made the experience even worse.

I ordered crispy strips and was given frpzen sttips from a bag...by admission from the clerk amf then told the strips are disserent at every location. Thry are supposed to be handbreaded and were cleatly grocery stote strips. My disappointment is that at this location is skating the rules to cut the bottom linr and blatanly afmitting it suggestinh its up to the franchisee yo determine quality of product. Bad fot the whole biz

Customer service was good but the food they served for my child was horrible. It smelled like raw chicken. Child refused to eat it, so I thought of having it. I felt like, they did that to a child who can’t complain or express how his food taste like, CZ of-course a 3 yr old can’t tell that his fried chicken tasted like raw chicken. Chicken was properly cooked but not washed!!
Wanted to order for lunch on a Saturday and they don't have any chicken available 🤦♀️The wait is going to be 30-35 minutes.. Its the weekend and the busiest time of the year.. You think they would prepare but nope, they're just standing in the back talking to each other.. 🤷♀️

I tried KFC in Canada, and I was really disappointed with the taste of their fried chicken. It lacked the flavour and crispiness I was expecting, especially when compared to KFC in India, where the quality is far superior. In India, KFC has a perfect balance of spices and texture, making it much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Canadian version just doesn't live up to the same standard. I was expecting that and a better delicious experience, but it fell short. I also feel that the products are not worthy to the price 😕😔 ....!
