Waited 15 minutes for my order and was told another 5–10. The guy handling pizzas from the oven was clearly on his phone while customers were waiting. Not professional at all. If he’s too busy for the job, maybe hire someone who actually wants it, plenty of young people would be grateful for the opportunity.

I visited Little Caesars today around 11:30 and was shocked to see only one employee running the entire store during a busy lunch rush. She was the young woman with glasses who has served me many times before. While she did an excellent job under impossible circumstances, it was clear she was overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the heavy flow of orders.
I’ve been a regular customer here for years, and while my pizzas were ready within 20 minutes, this is not acceptable staffing. No employee should be left alone to handle an entire store, especially for minimum wage. It reflects poorly on management and creates an unfair work environment.
I’ve read other reviews mentioning new management, and I strongly urge you to take this feedback seriously. If this continues, not only will employee morale suffer, but so will the customer experience. This hardworking employee deserves better support, and frankly, your customers do too.

i wish i could give this place 0 stars, i’ve also seen a lot of the reviews commenting on the mistreatment of the employees. there’s been a few times i’ve gone in and witnessed similar things against quite a few different employees yet all the mistreatment is done by the same ones? does the owner know of this mistreatment? they’ve definitely lost me as a customer, so sad to see my regular upfront girls are gone.

I wish I could give a better rating. The food was good, the young lady that served me was pleasant however there was a noticeable negative tone from the employers in the back directed at a fellow employee . After seeing someone else's review I can't help but think I may have witnessed a similar bullying attack. I hope I am wrong however if I'm not you've lost me as a customer. I wont support a businesses that allowed poor treatment of its employees

Very low level of professionalism displayed by this staff. Last night as I went in to pick up my order I witnessed a group of employees berating their young coworker. I stood there for what felt like minutes before they noticed that I was even there, as they were yelling at this blonde girl for what seemed like was something out of her control. When someone finally came to the front counter they acted as If I was interrupting their night. To make matters worse the food was burnt, likely spending too much time arguing instead of doing their actual job. The quality and customer service of this location has taken a steep nose dive lately.

Nothing is every ready and the prices have gone up. Not sure what happened to this place but will never go back again. Sad when you are told 15 min wait time for what should be hot n ready.

I’ve had Little Caesars Pizza a few times now, and I genuinely like their consistency. 🍕 They have managed to maintain the same taste every single time.

I’ve never felt like they’ve cheaped out on the toppings, which really sets them apart. Because of this, I’ve found myself ordering from them more often than any other pizza chain recently. The pizzas are always ready at the promised time, and their website is easy to navigate, making the whole ordering process smooth and hassle-free.

I do see very mixed reviews for this location, so I guess it’s a hit or miss — luckily, it seems I’ve been in the right group so far. 🔥 The front staff has always been friendly and efficient, which I really appreciate.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to introduce a loyalty points system — unless they already have one and I’ve just missed it! Overall, a reliable go-to spot for pizza. 🌟

I called the store Tuesday to preorder a pizza, my only complaint is the phone line was very crackly and hard to hear. Liz took my order and Haile and a new girl (sorry didn't catch her name) made sure the pizza was done how I requested, my son is autistic so he's picky and the store has always made sure it's done the way he likes it. It's those small details that make a big impact. Great customer service and great food.

I recently went into the Market Store location to grab dinner for my kids, and one of the employee took my order. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I wasn’t able to get her name. To help identify her, she was tall with a thin build and dark hair, working at the front counter on.

She seemed disinterested in customer service I wasn’t greeted, she didn’t make eye contact when speaking with me, and she was on her phone during my order. Meanwhile, the team working in the back appeared busy while she stood at the counter texting.

I’ve noticed the store isn’t as busy as it used to be, and I think small things like having a welcoming employee at the counter go a long way.

The lady in the front was REAL RUDE HAD BAD ATTITUDE, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'LL NEVER, EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THE LADY HAD GLASSES AND SHE WAS WORKING. THE FRONT MADE SURE THE CHANGE FELL OUT OF MY HANDS, AND ALL I'M DISGUSTED WITH THAT PLACE. I'LL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN.
