The new management got there and they didn’t give the food what you’re spending, they are cost cutting everything, crazy bread are like chewing gum, looks like they are using dough, 2 days after making it. I’m not going back to this location ever in my life.

Terrible service. Don't ever have any of the lunch special ready from 11am to 4pm like they advertise. No instead I have to spend twice the amount on my lunch cause there employees are incompetent and would rather chat about there day then do their jobs.

Was so disappointed and frustrated when they refused to honour a gift certificate. The gift certificate clearly said that it could be redeemed at that location but they said it had changed ownership and so they wouldn't honour it. Such poor business practice!
Worst. Pizza. Ever! Half of the pizza didn't have cheese or sauce... basically baked dough with some peperoni on it. The cardboard box had more flavor to it. Go somewhere else!

I usually with this franchise and certain location. However, this evening I was quite disappointed in their customer service. I had called before 10:30 and let it ring for a good 2 minutes. No voice mail. I than again tried multiple times at 10:30. No luck. So I rush over knowing I can get there before they close. 25 minutes before they were to close he refused to make crazy bread and gave me pizza that looked like it had been there all night. He wasn't very friendly. He didn't seem to care when I asked why they didn't answer the phone. He said they don't pick up after 10:30pm. I said politely that I called before than and then after. Needless to say. I ended up getting the old looking pizza hadn't even pulled out and still more than 15 minutes to close he shut it down. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the service. I suggest editing the page that they apparently don't take calls after 10:30 but again you call before and no response ?♀️

This location has gone downhill fast . They will not take orders 45 minutes before closing or have any ready most times . The crazy bread is always burnt and hardly any cheese or butter on it , The cheese stuffed puffs don't even have cheese in them like the other locations just a bit on top . Very disappointing
