The original go to location has always been downtown but I tried the West Brant.Maria's Pizza and got 6 meat balls.My gosh, they were nothing short of spectacular, big, , and ever so good.I also got 2 Cannoli's, NEver hadvthem before but eating them was a huge mistake because I drive past the place at least 2 times daily, now I have to fight off pulling in.6 lasted 3 meals.

We moved to town two years ago. I was looking for an ‘old school’ pizza place that had a dining area we could eat there. Maria’s came recommended to us several times and I was even more excited to find they are licensed and i could have a beer or two with dinner! Pizzas were perfect and EXTREMELY hot. Give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to let them cool (or ‘rest’) before you indulge. They would definitely still be hot if they were delivered (even to us in the north end). Sauce actually tasted tomatoey, a good amount of cheese and the crust was what pizza crust should be. You didn’t need to chew it off like a dog and it wasn’t extremely thick. Definitely going to be our pizza place from now on. If you’re planning on dining in, the dining room is small with just a couple benches, and I’d recommend you phone your order in to help eliminate some of the wait time if they’re really busy (they can be on a Saturday night). Can’t wait to go again!!

HiThis is from last visit, i ordered early due to an upcoming work engagement. I was stuck on the call and had a slice of pizza. As you can see the crust was burnt and the bottom of the pizza as well. I called and was asked how burnt is burnt I said my mouth tasted like char. I was offered a $10.00 credit, i said well i guess i won't be calling back.The reply was great. She said Fine and HUNG UP.

All around good pizza however, customer service needs severe help. I had ordered a large pizza that was made incorrectly. It was like pulling teeth to get a remake. A customer should not be made to feel like they are in the wrong for requesting correction. It was frustrating on the phone as they fought with me against a remake that even they confirmed was made improperly. It's as if I were to feel shame and guilt for requesting that my order be fixed. They reluctantly made me another pizza but continued to challenge me further upon pick up and in front of other customers,. This made me feel like I was some sort of thief. I give 1 star for pizza, 1 star for restaurant cleanliness, 1 star for affordability and 1 star for orders made in a timely fashion. Zero stars for customer service. That was just so wrong on their end, not to mention embarrassing. It's enough to turn me off from going back. Luciani pizza rivals Maria's and so I think my money will be spent at Lucianis from now on. Sorry Maria's...but customer service really goes a long way for me.Pizza bring back policy was never mentioned on the first call where I was told 15 minutes remake. It was not until after the pizza was discarded, that you called back to inform me once it was too late. Previous orders are irrelevant since pizza items change as my company at the time has different likes and dislikes. Eg, next time I may order Hawaiian, depends on my company at the time. I feel as though you accept no accountability for the rude customer service, challenging me in front of customers at the store when no further communication would be necessary. You say there were no other customers which was untrue, as lunch hour is your busy time. So instead of owning that I was mistreated, and perhaps apologizing, you choose to make excuses while trying to further justify your actions.....nice.I gave you a fair and honest review and I stick by it. Your establishment has great potential if the customer service was not so poor. Shame because I actually like the food but being treated that way was wrong.
