Ordered for the first time tonight. We ordered Pop-Ins, Haters, Fries, Big Mary Sandwich, Spicy Mini Mary and Chicken Tenders.
Not a single item was actually good. The Fries and Taters were extremely soggy. Everything was so bland. I'm convinced the only spice they know how to use is salt. Food was expensive for the quality. Will not be returning again and will not recommend to anyone.

I visited this location for the first time. Their chicken was delicious and the portions were amazing. The staff were very friendly and provide excellent service. I would highly recommend to visit this store.

We ordered from Mary Brown’s tonight and had a very disappointing experience. Our order was incorrect despite ordering a large amount of food.
When we called to have the issue resolved, we were treated disrespectfully, told nothing could be done, and hung up on twice. To make matters worse, staff refused to provide the manager’s name when asked.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Not only was the order wrong, but the food quality was poor, and even the receipt had errors (the street name was spelled incorrectly).
I have never experienced such poor service before. I will be escalating this to higher management. Whoever is running this location seriously needs to reconsider their standards and the type of staff they are hiring.
Based on this experience, I will be telling everybody that I know, to avoid this restaurant.

Came here and ordered a 13 piece meal which was supposed to be nine regular and four spicy and they gave me the opposite which was nine spicy and four regular. I called them and spoke to the cashier on duty about my issue. She told me there was nothing she can do about it. I asked her for the manager on duty and apparently there was none. I let them know that it was their mistake and I just wanted it swapped to the correct order but they would not do so. Age was she rude and condescending. Extremely poor customer service.

I went there last nite after getting my order I said thank you the east indian woman working the till just ignored me so I said thank you again.and nothing.sumone needs to explain to these people the proper response to thank you is you are welcome. Instead of acting like you are being inconvenienced .I was the only one in the restaurant so it wasn't because she was busy it's simply because she has no manners whatsoever.
