I eat at McDonald's probably once a month and this one in west brant is the worst. Food is always cold and fries always undercooked and yucky. Not to mention drink area always a sticky dirty mess.

Saying it was to saucey Because of came out warm I refuse it I told her I didn't pay for an ice cream In a cup and she tried again and wouldn't you know ice cream was normal? Some people have low Standards And are Liars... And mixt in with the part lazy

This is the kind of stuff that really irks a customer. When we order a large fry, we don't mean a medium fry in a large container and this happens to me more times than I can remember your employees need to do better fast foods already expensive..now customers are getting ripped off

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to McDonald’s honestly deserves it. Calling this “fast food” is a joke. We waited 25 minutes—yes, twenty-five minutes—for a basic order. The drive-thru line was backed up, the inside was chaotic, and not a single employee seemed to be in any rush. If you can’t handle the volume, at least communicate with customers so they know what’s going on.
When we finally got our food, we thought the nightmare was over… but nope. We had to walk back up to the counter twice because the order was wrong both times. Missing items, wrong items, and just overall sloppy service. No apology, no urgency—just a frustrating back-and-forth that shouldn’t be necessary for something as simple as a McDonald’s order.
By the time everything was corrected, the food was cold and the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. If this is what McDonald’s considers acceptable service, they seriously need to rethink their operations.
Super disappointing. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The only reason I continue to go to this McDonald’s is because it’s around the corner from me, but I kid you not when I say they mess something up in my order every time, and most the time it’s young girls working there that don’t care/ attitude.
