Not 24hr drive-thru! 4 straight times, I've come here at night for food and everytime... our system is updating. 1am Tuesday, 4am Friday, 2am Saturday... does not matter. Don't bother going till 730am when the night staff are done.
The service here is very friendly and the food came out quickly and correctly. Our chicken Pattie’s and nuggets were either dry or old so not the best.
My biggest problem with this location is this dirty it is. It’s always a mess. I stopped by this afternoon with my family and there wasn’t much of a lunch rush so I was surprised that no employee came out to clean the eating area. There was food everywhere and the drink station was really gross. The grossest thing was the ketchup dispenser. Not sure if I’m crazy but one of them was so clogged and you could tell the old ketchup in there was getting moldy. You could see the white mold growing in the clear plastic tube of the dispenser.
It is difficult because with a play centre it’s messier then other McDonald’s, with parents and children leaving their half eaten food on tables and floors but it’s unfortunate for everyone else who’s trying to have a clean and sanitary eating experience.
I hope to see improvements of cleanliness in the future.
My husband placed the mobile order for poutine and when he went to pick the order , the guy asked is it your order or you need bag for Uber?
He shared the incident with me but didn’t say anything at the moment . But I could nt’ stop to write the review as it is kind of a racist comment by judging someone from the looks and having pre notion about the job.
I request management to provide proper training to the staff if this was unintentional.
The people working there doesn’t know how to talk to uberdrivers.
Order is ready but not giving to uber driver. Because they are teenagers who are working nd talking all the time
At 3 AM after my night shift, I visited McDonald's to order a junior chicken and medium fries. Given the late hour, I politely requested fresh food. As a former McDonald's employee of 7 years, I'm familiar with food preparation times and quality standards. While my order was ready in just2- 3 minutes, the fries appeared to have been reheated rather than freshly prepared because in no way you can get fresh fries and burger made and deliver to second window in that time frame. It was very poor quality of the fries and junior chicken especially when I had specifically requested fresh food.

3 words; Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. God awful service, disgusting food.. Brown lettuce, food was cold. Absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time or your money. Avoid this location at all cost. This place isn't reviewed badly for no reason. By definition it's a dump.

I worked at McDonald’s for a few months, and it was one of the worst job experiences I’ve had. The overall environment was toxic, and the way employees were treated was unacceptable.
Inappropriate Treatment and Disrespect
Management consistently treated employees poorly, with little regard for respect or basic decency. Any issues we raised were not only ignored but often met with hostility. Constructive feedback was non-existent, and instead, we were subjected to criticism and blame for things beyond our control. This made the workplace feel hostile and unsafe, leaving us constantly stressed and anxious.
Lack of Support and Appreciation
There was zero recognition for hard work, no support from supervisors, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. We were expected to work through breaks, and shifts were often extended without notice or consideration for our personal time. The lack of appreciation was blatant, and it was clear that management saw us as easily replaceable.
Poor Training and Unrealistic Expectations
The training was rushed and inadequate, leaving us unprepared for the fast-paced environment. Despite this, we were expected to meet unrealistic expectations with no guidance or help. This resulted in a chaotic and stressful atmosphere where mistakes were common, but support was non-existent.
Deteriorating Employee Morale
The constant mistreatment and lack of support crushed employee morale. The turnover was extremely high because most people couldn’t stand the conditions, and it wasn’t uncommon to see new faces every week. McDonald’s seemed completely indifferent to the way they treated their employees, and it was clear that they prioritized profits over people.
Overall Assessment
If you value your mental health and self-respect, I would strongly advise against working at McDonald’s. The environment is toxic, and management’s approach is entirely inappropriate. There are far better workplaces that will actually respect and support you. Working at McDonald’s was a regrettable experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

We all know what to expect when we go to Mickey D’s. So I don’t want to review what we all already know. I more so want to make a suggestion. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE ME ICE CREAM AND THEN ASK ME TI PULL TO THE NEXT WINDOW! I do not mind going to the next window, but please give me all my products together. Passing me my pop, while not providing a straw is very counter productive. Watching ice cream melt while I wait for my food order makes me sigh.. sure, I can go home and throw it in my freezer, which is what I often do. I just don’t feel like I should have to. Just give me my frozen stuff with my hot food and the world instantly becomes a better place. lol

I had my son’s 6th birthday there tonight and it was amazing until the end! They did a great job with decorating, putting the food together and the two helpers did an amazing job on making sure if we needed anything we had it! The only part I was not happy about was I am in charge of kids while they are in my care and I cannot just let them walk out the door or have other kids come in when I need to count my own party.. right as the parents are all flooding in I had a McDonald’s rude employee come at me trying to force these other children in to play while I am over whelmed trying to make sure my kids are going to thjer parents.. I get kids can come in but if u book out a spot and pay good money I shouldn’t be rushed out or meant to feel my party doesn’t matter. Only thing I recommend is give 10 minutes extra for the party to leave before other kids to come in so we can have our other kids with their parents saftley. I also don’t appreciate the staff member being rude and saying “it’s not like they will eat ur cupcakes” bc that was not the issue my kids my party their safety is most important. So to that rude employee find a diff job if u don’t like the one ur at.
