Saying it was to saucey Because of came out warm I refuse it I told her I didn't pay for an ice cream In a cup and she tried again and wouldn't you know ice cream was normal? This is the kind of stuff that really irks a customer. When we order a large fry, we don't mean a medium fry in a large container and this happens to me more times than I can remember your employees need to do better fast foods already expensive..now customers are getting ripped off

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to McDonald’s honestly deserves it. Calling this “fast food” is a joke. We waited 25 minutes—yes, twenty-five minutes—for a basic order. The drive-thru line was backed up, the inside was chaotic, and not a single employee seemed to be in any rush. If you can’t handle the volume, at least communicate with customers so they know what’s going on.
When we finally got our food, we thought the nightmare was over… but nope. We had to walk back up to the counter twice because the order was wrong both times. Missing items, wrong items, and just overall sloppy service. No apology, no urgency—just a frustrating back-and-forth that shouldn’t be necessary for something as simple as a McDonald’s order.
By the time everything was corrected, the food was cold and the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. If this is what McDonald’s considers acceptable service, they seriously need to rethink their operations.
Super disappointing. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The only reason I continue to go to this McDonald’s is because it’s around the corner from me, but I kid you not when I say they mess something up in my order every time, and most the time it’s young girls working there that don’t care/ attitude.

We decided to come to this particular McDonald’s, to use the play place and visit with friends. Our friends ordered using the app, so we decided to try that as well; since I had gone up to the counter to order, waited 10 minutes and was not greeted by any staff members. Our friend’s order was delivered to our table. We waited… and waited… and waited… after about 15 minutes, I tried finding someone who works there, to figure out where our order was. After another 5 minutes; finally, someone who works there decided to ask me if I needed anything. They had lost our order. It took 5 staff members, 2 being managers, to find it and start making it. It took approximately 45 minutes to get 2 kids meals and a burger. Since so many staff were trying to fulfill this one order, it just sat there for so long, while they all walked in circles. I asked one worker, if she could give me a tray to carry our order and she asked me what kind of try… smh… The staff was incompetent, unfriendly, and completely lost. If they are unsure of how to use app orders, maybe, they should hire a cashier to take orders and staff who are competent.our receipt for the order was literally right there on the counter too. Definitely would never go back. Ever.

This mcdonald's is okay for a quick bite but its not the best branch out there. the food is usually what you'd expect standard Mcdonald's taste but quality and freshness can be inconsistent. sometimes the fries are hot and crispy, other times they arrive cold or soggy. Burgers are generally fine bit a bit hit or miss during busy hours.

In all aspects of customer service and dressing burgers and making breakfast, this is the worst McDonald’s this town has. Whoever is running it should be disappointed in who they have representing them to work there as there’s no passion in making other people’s food. Everything is disgusting old and never fresh. They can’t even put bacon on bun or keep an egg together. The performance is bad, the food is bad yea it’s McDonald’s but dam we pay for it to be perfect. Get it together or close down
