Worst McDonald’s ever! They miss things in the bag EVERYTIME & the manager Clarissa is so rude. They missed items on an over $100 order and made it seem like I made the mistake? I’ve never had employees be this rude in my life. Do not go there.

Ordered happy meal with apple slices but instead got it with hash-brown. No one even bothered to tell me at the drive thru counter that the food is changed. This meal was supposed to be the food for my son at school, and now I am home and cannot go back to get it changed.

Waited 35 at counter watching the girl after me get her food first. Manager said she called my number long before I came up. I was standing there the entire time and no one called my number. In fact, my number never showed up on the screen. In fact again, my order wasn’t even fully put together

Worse McDonald’s in brantford ! Literally my 3rd time ordering from this one pass 5 in afternoon you are doomed for disaster on anything you order i don’t know if it’s night crew shift or what all 3 times I have ordered I have gotten stone cold fry’s bigmacs missing patties. Tonight sealed deal with me with this location got Big Mac and whole box was filled with Mac sauce. So unacceptable to run establishment like this. Hope this finds manage or owner and they can correct these errors or train employees better.
