Waited 35 at counter watching the girl after me get her food first. Manager said she called my number long before I came up. I was standing there the entire time and no one called my number. In fact, my number never showed up on the screen. In fact again, my order wasn’t even fully put together

Worse McDonald’s in brantford ! Literally my 3rd time ordering from this one pass 5 in afternoon you are doomed for disaster on anything you order i don’t know if it’s night crew shift or what all 3 times I have ordered I have gotten stone cold fry’s bigmacs missing patties. Tonight sealed deal with me with this location got Big Mac and whole box was filled with Mac sauce. So unacceptable to run establishment like this. Hope this finds manage or owner and they can correct these errors or train employees better.

If they don’t forget your food they forget the straws or the sauce. No chance you’re getting a perfect order. Time to fire everyone and get a new crew these people are awful. Seriously can’t even cut a tomato properly and didn’t put my sons happy meal in our bag so it got left behind.

Ordered a Big Mac which was tossed in the box with lettuce spilling out, hard spongey bun dry patty. Fries were cold and rubbery. The snack wrap had TARTAR SAUCE on it not Ranch. Terrible waste of $30!!!
