***update** Was here on Feb 25, 2026 at around 8:15am. Stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before an employee acknowledged me. After I finally did get my order in, I noticed something a bit off. The employee at the front end (who still wears a COVID-19 mask in 2026) was wiping the orders from the queue to make it look like they were serving people quicker than they actually are. Seems sketchy to me and is probably messing with the performance numbers of this location. If possible I would love the manager of this location to reach out to me so I can clarify and also provide more feedback. Thank you. ****
Small store. Not really busy. Over staffed. Older employees yell and shout too much to younger employees. Shift supervisor during mornings is very loud and annoying barking orders when everyone already knows what to do. They struggle to get food served to customers. The issues here go on and on .

This McDonalds deserves a 0 for capability it’s not hard to read what the order says and make sure to pack it properly doesn’t matter delivery going in or drive thru always mess something up! I decided to get coffees from McDonald’s instead of Tim’s and well McDonald’s is no better then Tim Hortons they messed up your order and too lazy to even add sugar to your coffee! When we are on our way to work or apts, meetings etc and we grab a coffee to go we expect it to be made to order! I don’t seem to carry milk and sugar in my car it wasn’t designed with that feature unfortunately so if we put faith in you to make a coffee properly and stir it that’s what we want! We also expect napkins with food in the bags and forks as well! Point of the fact is pay attention and actually give us the customers what we actually pay for! All of it!!!

McDs is my go to for a treat but every time I go to this location my drinks smell like perfume, not sure if it's the hand sanitizer or if it's the person giving out the items but I always have to throw them out. My advice is drive a little more to the next location if you enjoy the McDonald's drink menu.

Just ordered 2 $5.00 chicken sandwiches with 2 coffees. Got home and found out I Got 2 $5.00 double cheese burgers with 2 coffee . Thank goodness my order wasn't complicated 🤪🤪

Extremely ridiculous. Very slow service, waited for my simple pie for 18 mins and was apparently a topic for half of the staff to laugh on. Doors were locked by 10 pm and I was forced to stand in the store as I was unable to open the door and had to wait for staff to enter. Very much ridiculous. I always felt very much welcomed in McDonald's but this specific store is more than ridiculous and I don't what was so funny about me that I was laughed at for straight 18 minutes. I have a suggestion if this staff would have showed 1% of the dedication from that mockery they could have made the order on time and store might have been little cleaner and wouldn't smell like a big box of oil.

Ordered a BLT combo, the sandwich had no lettuce or tomato. I asked for them to add it on and they were out of leaf lettuce, had to use shredded. The hashbrown was frozen on the inside, and they gave me a black coffee instead of a double double. Waited over 20 minutes and then another 10 to fix the sandwich.
Nothing wrong with quality, just make sure you absolutely check your order before leaving drive through. Seems every time i use my points for a free reward, its not in my bag. Brought up to management more times than i can count. Simply not worth it anymore..

One does not come to McDonald’s seeking splendour, but one does expect a basic nod toward hygiene. This location appears to have declared that standard optional. The food preparation area looks tired, worn, and — most alarmingly — dirty in a way that inspires precisely zero confidence in what is coming out of it. If the kitchen is the soul of a restaurant, this one is in visible distress. The washroom, meanwhile, is less a facility and more a warning. Filthy, neglected, and possessed of a look that suggests it has been studiously avoided by any cleaning staff for some time. This is not fast food; it is fast regret. A thorough cleaning and a stern conversation with management would be an excellent place to start.
