Do the onions come out of the pay because what do I need to do to get any onions on my burger even when I ask for extra. This is the only McDonald’s I have this issue amongst other issues with in town. I moved and now this is my closest McDonald’s and I will keep driving 10 mins out of my way for the other one

Hi, We order from this location occasionally, in person and for delivery. Tonight my wife and I ordered delivery through the app, picture of reciept for reference. Everything was great except for the 3 mcdoubles were mcsingles, picture of one included. Our mcflurry was also not mixed adequately. Please take more care when preparing delivery order. There have been issues with our delivery orders in the past, that we have not reported at this location. Thankyou, Andre

This place is a joke and I would be embarrassed if I was a manager at this location. When your staff is sitting outside having a cigarette and then tells you that they can't serve you, because there they're too busy outside having a cigarette.

This is one of two McDonald's restaurants in Brantford that we go to every day. What's preventing me from giving 5 stars is the fact that they only manage to get our coffee orders correct 80% of the time. This location is a little worse than the Colborne St. W. location.
