Having gone to McDonald’s to pick up a Happy Meal I specifically noticed that although no one was in any way rude, the simple manners of please and thank you were missing from the few interactions the staff and I had.

Every night at 4am the night staff claim their systems are down. You are charged the full amount each time and they claim there’s nothing they can do about it. Not only that, but the consistent slurring of words only tells me that they’re not doing their jobs in there, in fact they’re doing something else.

This was Sunday. October 6 around 12:15 I went up to the counter where the girl gets the food ready, just to ask about the washroom and before i even got to say anything, she just totally ignored me. Not once but twice so my husband went up to the same thing. A little bit louder. So she Would at least acknowledged him. So she acknowledged him but didn't even give him a wink., Didn't even lift her head up and told us to go to the cashier. Very Rude Not friendly.Couldn't wait to get out of there.

During the week I'm in and out in 7 mins or less BUT on the weekend it is staffed by young teens and adults who leave you STANDING at the counter while they chat on the line or have head phones in there ears and can't hear you ask for service. I walked out this morning after waiting 16 mins and still nonne came to the counter (Sunday morning) and a large blonde women in her early 20s watched me walk in and stand at counter but turned around to finish her convo. Customer Service has gone down the drain. I have been going to this location DAILY for 4 years like I said weekday Staff fast and amazing but your weekend shifts need an adult to baby sit and make sure hard working customers who's time is valuable are taken care of properly
