Self kisok wasnt working so went to cashier. That machine was having issues. Finally ordered food. My food wad then given to someone who ordered a small water. I had to ask for them to remake it since they tried to give it to me from the other guy who already opened it. Took almost 20mins total to get my original order. No apologie or anything. Just opps

Just went in for a dollar drink but this is my neighborhood McDonalds so I frequent almost daily. Find the staff not so friendly but always messing around behind the counter, not that that is wrong I believe you should have fun at work but found frequently that the orders in store and drive through are most times wrong or the food is cold. I think that they need to pay more attention and verify correct orders before handing to the customer.

Got through the drive through fairly quickly but the car ahead of me did not pull forward. Cashier made me reach with a bunch of change. It was disappointing to get our sundae x2 with only four tiny squints of chocolate sauce each but many napkins to help with the melting. I never had one so stingy on sauce before. Someone needs to follow correct portions.

Only McDonald’s that never gives you straws, will give you drinks before food and then make you wait 25 minutes to get your food and STILL no straws. Not huge, just annoying and not great service at the window.

Ordered a decaf coffee from this place after I drink it realize it was regular coffee now I just feel like throwing up. It’s not the first time I asked for a sweetener and then realize it’s sugar.

The staff is so nice, always greet you with a smile, even if its drive thru. They have young staff that is always energetic, fast and make good food!
They say the first 10 seconds are the most importantly fora customer’s impression of a store. And i can honestly say when I walk into this McDonald’s it really gives off such a family oriented vibe.
I just happen to work down the street.. i am a little embarrassed to say it’s now a routine to grab breakfast on my way to work.
However i have had the absolute pleasure of starting my day with Denise. She is such a sweet considerate and thoughtful front end person. What i love and appreciate about her customer service is that she remembers the small stuff whether it’s me of even the other morning clients she has. I love that she knows my order and knows that when I'm generally on a time crunch, she helps me out so my order gets to me !
While i dont have a lot of an interaction with the rest of the team on a name bases I also appreciate that they also keep a positive environment that is so cute to hear everyone having a good time in the kitchen as a team. And my order… also ways within minutes and hot and fresh.

The food is always what you expect with no surprises. It was clean with adequate seating. There was a 5 minute wait to even see someone at the register though. I had to quietly flag someone down to take my order. I guess most people use the computer screens these days.
