Sadie was an incredible employee when I was there yesterday around 12. Was in a rush and was having trouble count how much I owed and she help me with it. Just alone Sadie get five stars from me.

I wish there was a rating specifically for cleanliness. The tray had crusted gunk on it when I received it, which I noticed after. My bacon egg McGriddle did not have cheese, my sausage and egg wrap had uncooked egg, and I couldn’t get an employee’s attention to alert them of the issue because it was taking too long for anyone to come over (waited five minutes before giving up). Not impressed.

Had a long day at work thought I might treat myself out to a quick bite after a long time. I go to this McDonald's and order a quarter BLT.
Their microphone first of all wasn't working and I could hardly hear them and it seemed as if I was talking to myself
Then I put in the order and really wanted bacon on my burger which I had requested along with Mac sauce which I paid extra for
Does damn spot did not provide me what I ordered and gave me the wrong Burger
These guys really need to get their things in order before serving customers because this is wrong and this is cheating
Will never be coming back here ever again even though this is 2 minutes walk from my home

just visited this McDonald's branch and ordered a coffee. What I received was cold, old, and far from what I expected. As truck drivers, we rely on hot coffee to stay alert and keep working. I was so frustrated that I threw the coffee inside the door out of anger. This is the kind of service we get from such a big brand? Extremely disappointing. We're spending our hard-earned money for this kind of poor quality? Also they take 7-10 minutes for one order . Worst experience ever
The prices seem to get higher every time we go to McDonald's for a meal. It shouldn't cost $90 for 4 people to eat and still be hungry afterwards.

Ran out of the raptors McFlurry. Ran out of the shamrock shake the first day. And now the Minecraft meal the 3rd day. If it’s new or limited. Don’t bother coming here.

Debbie is a Karen. She balked at me paying with a 50$ because of counterfeittubg issues, which i found kinda insulting. Their sign only said they dont accept 100$s, which I understand, but ATMs give out 50s all the time. After some pushback, she accepted it, then gave me all 5s in change. I believe that is what counterfeiters would want when passing off a fake bill... but whatever. Wait until she hears about the toonies!
The food was overcooked and the veggies didnt seem as fresh as the other location in town.
I was here a few months back and I think Debbie gave me some trouble back then too, but I cant remember its been so long. Im gonna stick to the McDs on Garden av.
