literally poor service once again , went through drive through and ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with the emphisis on NO KETCHUP OR PICKLES-Large fry and small Coke , drove through and arrived back to work with a bun with a patty of some sort ???smoothered in ketchup and pickles only , fry was a SMALL COKE WAS A LARGE How do we mess this up as all 3 items were incorrect for $17.00 very irratating once again from this location on Wayne Gretzky Parkway Brantford .

Apparently, “drive-thru” now means “park-and-wait.” Even the smallest orders get sent to a numbered parking spot so the timer looks good, but customers are still sitting there waiting. Nothing says convenience like hunting down your assigned number spot between other confused drivers. And when the food finally arrives? Half the time it’s wrong anyway. Five stars for creativity, zero for efficiency.
