Constantly messes up my coffee order. Its black with 1 sugar, pretty hard to mess up. I'm lactose intolerant and constantly have to throw out my coffee because of the milk or cream. Horrible service.

This location is more expensive then others in town They are also allergic to sending the order fully complete.. Just tired of issues, I don’t want a credit or refund just the right order… A lot like the Gretzky location this one is now on my blacklist

I can't understand the low rating this McDonald's has!! I went in yesterday for a quick bite. The food was great and so was the service!! I sat in and ate my meal. As I ate, I realized that there was something very different about this McDonald's!!! The staff are actually HAPPY!!! They all get along and work so well together!! It was a pleasant change from what I'm used to seeing!! The staff here actually enjoy being there!! This also was apparent when I noticed how clean it was!! The atmosphere was very enjoyable!! At one point, I was giggling just listening to them!! Of course, customer service came first!! But, you could still hear the sound of very happy employees!! Whatever you're doing, please keep it up!! It honestly made my day!! Thank you!! 😄

Sorry for the gruesome photo. I found hair in my food!!!! The manager was very sweet about it. Offered me free coupons or free fries ect. I was so turned off I turned it down. But it just ruined my whole meal. And they also forgot my fries. Ugh I just told them to make sure their people are wearing hair nets. I feel like I want to throw up. 🤮
