I went here Friday for lunch because I was starving. I ordered a 10 pieces nugget combo with bbq sauces and a Diet Coke. I had to wait 15 minutes which I thought was kinda crazy at lunchtime but whatever. When i finally got my order I got a 6 piece nugget combo, no bbq sauces or ketchup. Who eats their nuggets plain. And I got a regular coke. But they did give me 2 straws thanks so much.

Time after time, the coffee here is bitter and tastes like garbage. I’ve brought it up with three different managers, and not only has nothing been done, but they seem annoyed that I’m even pointing it out. It’s not complicated — when you’re serving this much coffee, the machines need to be descaled and cleaned properly every few days. Instead, it feels like the pots haven’t been cleaned in years.
Sure, you can load it with cream and sugar so you don’t notice — but try it black. It’s unbearable.
I’ve stopped coming here. The Wayne Gretzky location actually cleans their equipment — their coffee doesn’t taste like an ashtray. That’s where I’ll be going from now on.

I order from this location frequently out of mere convenience but it's actually the worst. usually missing stuff. They leave you at the speaker with no communication for a while. Had me pull up and park to wait for a drink.

I've been here 3 times. Two of those times were nice. Just the service you expect. One time I was going back home overnight though, and the fries they gave me were barely even warm, and they were soggy. I only found out about this like two minutes later on the highway, and I wasn't gonna go back 10 km to go complain.

The lady working in the drive through was very rude didn’t let me finish ordering before saying “second window” then at the window just handed the food out without a word…. I work in customer service I get it can be alot but really it takes nothing to be polite

I came to this location last week and ordered the breakfast burritos. I went to eat them and they were still frozen. However I thought since they are good at frozen foods I would have a mcflurry. They mcfailed at that as well, I wanted them to put peanuts in my mcflurry and they proclaimed they don't have peanuts anymore. I'm very unsatisfied with this location and will be taking my business else where.

I come to this McDonald’s for my afternoon iced coffee almost everyday and I sometimes get the RMHC cookies, but today they ran out. One of the girls there was so nice and made me fresh ones - probs the best service I’ve ever got at McDonald’s where someone offered to go out of their way instead of just trying to get me to have the brownie ones. Thanks so much

My wife and I just went through the drive through and ordered two 6 piece nuggets meals. The nuggets were cold and the fry’s tasted like they have been sitting out for hours. They only gave us two dips for two meals….you’d think at 2:30 am when they aren’t busy at all they would have enough time to make sure the food was fresh and put enough condiments but I guess that’s just to much work for some people 🤷🏻♂️
