I had a wonderful experience with customer service! I accidentally spilled my entire drink by opening it too forcefully, causing it to spill all over the counter. The staff was incredibly kind and offered to refill it for free.

Their Coconut smoothie with tapioca is the best I 100% recommend it and they are literally so sweet especially the man there. He offered to give him a free macaroon cause he didnt like boba and he gave him free water to make his day. They are so sweet and good service. Best boba place ever
