New ownership and renovations are happening now. The new owners were the ones who made my fish and chips specials and they are always friendly and the food is great with an amazing price. Can't wait to see what the place looks like with the renovations.
I ordered cod and chips. It tasted amazing. Since moving from England, this is the best cod/ fish and chips I've tasted in Ontario so far. A good balance of moisture and flavour. The chips at first seems soggy but when I eat it with the fish, it seemed to work well.The only let-down was the tartar sauce, which was pre-made in a sealed sachet rather than home made on-site which is disappointing for a dedicated fish and chip restaurant.The coleslaw was a little dry but it came...
