I’ve been going to this place for over a year now and I have to say you are going to be hit or miss with service ability speed ect. except for one employee that is there I believe her name is Caitlyn . Dark hair with tattoos if I’m wrong on the name cause I’m terrible with names . But she is a little work horse . There’s barely I time she isn’t there and when she is there she is moving at a gear that you don’t see from any other employee . She’s fast she does great work and super entertaining . You should do everything in your power to hold onto that employee . I tried to poach her for the business that I work for but with no luck . Her energy and enthusiasm is amazing .

Service was ridiculous and rude the lettuce was brown and they still tried to serve it and they were arguing with the gas attendant while I stood waiting to be served with my small granddaughter I finally spoke up and told them it was not acceptable customer service and I did not appreciate this behavior in front of a child and that I was putting in a complaint and will never patron the establishment ever again the gas attendant became extremely rude.......I'm disgusted with both individuals

The girl working the counter with red hair had the absolute most awful attitude I've ever experienced while ordering food. Rolled her eyes at us constantly and at one point shouted at me. This made my daughter and I so uncomfortable. She should absolutely not be working with public. I work in a restaurant myself and could never imagine treating a customer like that.

Decided to give this location a try for the first time last night. The young girl working that night was so unbelievably rude and sarcastic, me and my girlfriend actually just looked at each other and walked out. Never even got to try the food. This place and the Pizza Pizza next to it are both unserious businesses that are barely staffed, barely open, and barely sell any food. Avoid

Dirty counters, don't even bother to clean it before making a sandwich, made a complete mess of my sandwich with barely any toppings. I thought to myself, there's no way she's going to wrap my sandwich in that wrapper covered in mayo - I was wrong! She did just that.
You may only make sandwiches, but take pride in your work and do it right. SMH

Be cautious when going to this location. There are limited options in the area, so I come when desperate, but stupid me for repeating my mistake.They have very poor food handling practices and every time I go here, I get food poisoning. They handle food with gloves on, but then handle the till and money, then go back to touching food without switching gloves. I have no idea where else they might be dropping the ball, but that’s just disgusting.

The girls Caelan, Teagan and Dixie are all so friendly, personable and make sure every sub is made perfectly. Love coming here. The work so hard! Keep up the good work ladies :)

I have used this local Mr Sub 3xs now and the third time ago the subs were very poorly made, very little meat or toppings. The second time ago I ordered a wrap and a sub. The wraps were frozen and the worker behind the counter actually rubbed their bare hands on the wraps trying to thaw them so they could separate one, I walked out. I gave it one last chance and went in and stood at the counter while the clearly bored and uninterested worker was eating food and ignoring waiting customers, after a few mins we left for Subway. It's too bad the service is so terrible as it's a nice clean store and handy for Burford residents but that's strike three and I won't waste my time there again. The gas attendant's are great however.

Literally the worst Mr.Sub I have ever been too. It took him over 40 minutes to make my friend and I a sub. The kid working there looked and acted like he had just finished smoking a joint. Avoid if you can!
