Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Open for another 2 hrs yet had more than half items not available. Usually not a big deal (if you let people know before they have the bowl half made) basically all covered items were gone…. Why be open if you can’t make a simple wrap/ bowl

No toilet paper in the one working bathroom. Food didn't seem fresh. No guacamole. Disappointed. Won't go back.

First time trying this restaurant. We got burrito bowls and the rice in both of our bowls was crunchy...like break your tooth crunchy. First and last time eating here.

First time visiting this store. Utsav gave us a wonderful experience here tonight at Mucho Burrito. As we got talking he recommended different items and even blended us some special salsa*which was delicious*.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo. There was 1 scoop of chicken (about 10 pieces total), very minimal cheese that couldn't even hold the chicken together in the quesadilla! And the cheese tasted off. I asked for it to be in a combo with chips and queso, and the queso was less than half full. I asked for him to fill it up (he gave a second container with the same amount in it) as there wasn't going to be enough for the small scoop of chips he put into the bag (literally a scoop). This is the worst Mucho Burrito I have been to and will definitely not be returning. The washrooms were not clean, had no toilet paper, and had no hand soap. Would be a 0 star if I could.

Deal plastered all over the place for weeks for small burrito and pop for $10 but no matter what the employees working there will do anything possible but give you the promotion advertised. The first time, fine - you didn't take the sign down. Unprofessional? Sure, but it's a fast food joint, who cares. But two weeks later to have the same signage posted in multiple locations and to still not honour the deal. Little ridiculous. Gentleman working there last time I went was the slowest moving individual I had ever seen. Almost no common sense. I could go on but it feels pointless. Should not work in a fast paced food environment. This place needs some new management quick. Won't be back. There's too many other decent burrito places within a 1 minute radius, it's better not to waste your time.
