This was the first time we ordered food from Oriental Restaurant. We have had Chinese food from somewhere else. Oriental Restaurant is by far the best Chinese food we had ever had. We are originally from Simcoe and would order from Simcoe Restaurant, Owned by Hoy Yin, but oriental Restaurant is far better. We will surely be ordering from Oriental Restaurant time and time again.
Absolutely phenomenal!! I used to grab simple takeout from here when I lived a few blocks over. I haven't visited in 20 years though, same owners/operators though and they did not disappoint in any way.
Chicken fried rice was amazing, and to those who would complain that it tastea burnt, it's called "hot wok cooking" and that slight char is akin to what you enjoy on your steak and ribs and basically anything else you flame grill so, put a sock in it!
