I honestly don’t understand how online orders are handled here. Even after clearly requesting extra garlic sauce, there was literally no sauce at all. When a customer asks for extra, it’s because the food becomes very hard to eat without it, fries and chicken alone are extremely dry.
This has happened twice now with online orders. What is the issue? A person waits so long for food, and when it finally arrives, it completely ruins the mood.
Because of this repeated experience, I will not be ordering from here again. There also seems to be no customer service to address these problems.
What’s disappointing is that when I visited in person once, when I believe the owner was present—the food was actually very good. But when no one is supervising, it feels like the staff doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction.

I had to 30 mins for Falafel Oz box, there were no priorities in order preparation. 2 people who ordered after me got the order and I was waiting for my food on top of that falafel were half cooked.
Yesterday I ordered two non-spicy shawarmas. I ended up getting two very spicy shawarmas that my wife and I couldn't finish, and my $32 went down the drain. I won't be buying from here again.
