The server took a plastic tub of rice, put it in the microwave to warm up. And when I asked and advised that doing that contaminated the rice, she smiled, turned around and started speaking Indian to her colleagues. Unprofessional staff - lack of knowledge about food preparation -food quality was mediocre Be aware!

We ordered food from osmows today and it was pathetic. Toppings were out dated and soar, and even the garlic sauce was making a bitter smell and taste bad. Not recommended at all.

Ordered a chicken shawarma and a fattoush salad on uber eats. Fattoush was missing the best part of the salad, the pita chips. My husband's salad came without them as well? Why though. My pita was small and the chicken tasted old. There was also a hair in my pita, which is just unacceptable and gross. Do better.

Worst osmow’s ever. Cold rice, cold chicken. Tried chicken shawarma Oz box twice at this place. Both times they served me with bad quality of food, cold and not fresh.

For my midnight cravings, I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap from Osmows. But I was given beef shawarma wrap. The shawarma was ridiculously spicy with no taste or juiciness of the protein. The skin of my mouth came out because of the spice level. I was so disappointed and my midnight cravings were ruined. This is not expected from the food chain as popular as Osmows in Canada.
Can't put a zero star otherwise I would. I haven't had food from here since 2020.. loved ozmows up till now. I have no idea what bugs were in my food, I'm assuming it was fruit flies or something but regardless I ate half of my food before I realized there were bugs in it. I'm pregnant and just ate contaminated food. Plus on top of that i shared it with my one year old daughter before noticing. I ordered the lamb on salad. Just about threw up when I noticed. Never ordering food from this ozmows location again. Absolutely disgusting.

Worse food ever after spending 13$. Chicken looks old and grilled with lots of oil, i wouldn’t call it shawarma. Don’t fall behind review, they get you. Will never come back.

I came in for shawarma day at 11:28pm and they were supposed to close at 2am. However they were closed for some reason. They couldn’t even have the decency of picking up the phone and letting me know when I drove 20 minutes to get food from here. Very disappointed. They need to do better.

Please change your schedule with uber I keep ordering after your closing time not knowing you're closed and don't get my food, uber takes money from customers if we cancel our order
