If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My fiancé and I went for “shawarma day” to get the $5 shawarmas. What a mistake. The place was packed, as expected, but it was clear that the staff and manager had zero capabilities to manage the volume of orders. Since it was impossible to figure out what line was the pick up line and what line was the line to order, we opted to place an online order. I downloaded the Osmows app and we placed our order. Their app said that my pickup time would be 8:39pm so my fiancé and I had 40 minutes to kill. We left Osmows to do some groceries and came back at 8:45pm. When we returned, we were told that orders were being made in a “first come first served” fashion. So, despite placing our order and waiting 40 minutes, we still had to stand in line for another hour before someone would take our order and make it. After waiting almost two hours now, a woman frantically took my order and started to make it. There was no chicken on the spit. Instead, they were just cooking leftover chicken on the grill. My wrap was made wrong. No garlic sauce, no tahini, no hot sauce and no veggies except lettuce and onion. My fiancé also suspects that he got the wrong order because his chicken on the rocks was extremely spicy and he only ordered mild. We didn’t eat more than two bites of our food because the chicken was gristly and flavourless. I will never go back to Osmows again after such a terrible experience and waste of my money.

Visited about a month ago with my kids. I got a chicken shawarma wrap and the kids split chicken on rice. The wrap was disgraceful, barely any ingredients, hardly any chicken so much so that the sauces drenched the thing and it was like soup inside. 🤮 I asked for mild heat and it was HOT as Hades! The garlic sauce is the worst flavored garlic sauce I've ever had from any shawarma place ive tired, and ive been to many.
The service was also painfully slow and the customer service employees could barely understand me. They were busy chatting with eachother and moving as slow as a snail. No one was in front of me, I was the only one ordering when I got there and it took forever.
This was our first time trying this place and we wont be back. Save your money and spend it at CT Shawarma instead!

I can't rate the food because it never came! I placed an order at 9am for my partners birthday so he would have a meal sent while Im stuck at work. They've CANCELLED the order 11 hours later!! It was supposed to be at my house in this time frame. No phonecall no email. I've never ordered from here before and I've never had where a restaurant didn't send a food order. Total crap!

Really disappointed with the service and LOW food safety standards. God knows how many people will get food poisoning after their meal. Never going back!!!

Place full of teenagers jumping on tables and harassing employees and other customers! Been here a few times just gets worse every time. Latest experience called to order and phone was answered but no one talking. When I finally got through I asked if it’s Osmows and the phone was cut and then switched off there after. This location needs allot of help it’s sad based on the fact I grew up in Streetsville and the quality I enjoyed before they franchised out to ppl who don’t give a hoot so much different. Never going back and will tell everyone I know to promote garbage place! Thank you
