I tried the Cheese Curds Poutine and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous, and the fries, gravy, and cheese curds were all perfectly balanced. The taste was rich and satisfying — definitely one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back again for more!

Great place with amazing food! Tried there cheese balls with ranch.The cheese balls were perfectly crispy and cheesy inside. The ranch was creamy, flavorful, and went perfectly with them. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back!

I love grease pits. best place to get certain things like onion rings but the amount of cross contamination I saw from the guy working there was obscene. he took my money wearing gloves, then while wearing the same gloves got my onion rings out of the freezer and put then in the fryer. Then, while wearing the same gloves started working on some subs, picked up the phone and the debit machine. then packed up my onion rings in a bag with those same gloves. i left and threw my onion rings in the garbage outside. 6 bucks waisted. I just wanted a snack

Ordered a poutine and it came with zero cheese.. they told me they would replace it so I left mine out front.. then they called me and said I ordered a Spanish poutine ?? Which has the sub cheese on it so it must have melted into the poutine which is complete bullshit…after he said he would replace it and for me to leave my gravy fries out to switch he called me back and said he reviewed the cameras and he definitely put cheese on it so therefore he’s not replacing my pathetic poutine but in turn said for me to take it up with uber.. even after I told him uber did a great job in their part and they’re not the owners who made my poutine with no cheese… He then said it’s now in Ubers hands so I have to manage it with them…
Bullshit pathetic so called palace owners… It could have been an easy solution but he was sooo rude to me

Went here for first time was visiting… heard it was good.. the sub I got was awful.. I asked for extta pickles and hot peppers hardly had any toppings very stingy… and I went back next day and tokd ome of the worker he took my number down and they didn’t even call me!.. shows you they don’t care about customers! I wouldn’t recommend or ever go again. Wendy’s is eay better value in my opinion
Palace Submarine is honestly one of my favorite spots in Brantford. The food is always fresh, tasty, and made with care. You can tell they put pride into everything they do from the subs to the burgers, everything is done right.
Akash and the team are amazing people. They’re friendly, respectful, and always make you feel welcome. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. You can tell they really care about their customers.
Highly recommend Palace Submarine to anyone who wants good food and good people.

Genuinely the best assorted sub I’ve ever had in my life. And it was only $8.99. They are massive and the man who made it took his time making it like he was making art! lol. He put so much of everything. My new go-to spot when I’m craving a sub.
