Either the owners have changed or its just the staff. My last order was mediocre and I assumed it was just a one off. After tonights order I won't be returning here. There were hard chunks on one of my pizzas that I couldn't bite through. The parmasean chicken bites were swimming in a pool of oil that actually leaked out of the box. Overall not great. I've been going here for years but will be going elsewhere next time.

When we order pizza the supervisor took the order and when it came it was wrong she blamed us that we ordered the wrong pizza how can I order the wrong pizza when we're eating it I ordered what we wanted and it didn't come that way she would not change the pizza and it cost me $35 for a medium pizza that we didn't want and they would not exchange it

Ordered a LG with 3 items. Im sure I got a previously made pizza with 2 of my items... mushrooms and tomatoes stuck on top of the cheese and covered up with a sprinkle of mozzarella Was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering. Can't possibly make a fresh pizza, bake it, and deliver it in 15 minutes.

The possibilities....they're endless!!! P.S.: I'll let you in on my little secret.... check this place out on the Uber Eats app !...build your own pizza is one of the many 2 for 1 deals you just might find here !!!! Great for picky eaters like me! , Adventurous ones too, I suppose! Overall I was impressed and satisfied! Then way to full to ...finish writing this!

Delicious Pizza!!! Ordered from this Papa John’s a few times now and it always hits the spot! The ingredients are soooo fresh you can really tell they care - I tend to get a veggie pizza with extra cheese- omg you can taste the freshness even in the sauce!! So much better than other pizza joints in town and always polite great service. And I love the little pepper they add to every box, delicious when you bite and pour the juice all over. See you guys next time I want pizza :)

Visiting Brantford and wanted pizza. We had papa johns elsewhere and loved it so decided to try this one. It was amazing. Could have ordered a large instead but didnt. The only issue was the whole pepper they put on the pizza in the centre as decoration. Taste went thru pizza but so very mildly. Next time leave the pepper off. First time ever had thst happen.
