I was in a week ago only to find out they don’t carry teriyaki sauce, only to find out the actually do they just keep it under the counter. The lady that made our pitas told me this today. I was thrilled as this is the only sauce I’ve ever had here. Staff was great and helpful.

They have suddenly decided they wont mix their cesar pita with sauce first. Said its against policy, meanwhile ive always done it. Thats a hundred dollar bill for food I wouldn't have purchased. Was awful and dry unmixed. Will no longer be going to this overpriced place with zero customer service.
Worst part is the cashier said yes they'd pre mix before I paid. Then after they had my money its a no. 👎

Between the two locations in branford I go back and forth. It is definitely one of my first choices for lunch. Both locations have great staff. Ingredients are always fresh. Even with a lunch line , they move quickly and efficiently.

It was my TML Game 7 and i didnt want Pizza so chose Pita Pit, King George Rd. I always order the chicken ceaser and double meat. OMG, it was fantastic, it was pretty heavy and oh so tasty, the staff were like always, so obliging. Thank you Pita Pit for another flawless Pita Go Leafs Go

First time I stopped at this location it was fantastic. Ever since the service and food has declined everytime. Every staff member struggle's with operating the til to the point where you question if anyone was trained on the system?.... DO NOT purchase a gift card from this location. You will be charged and not recieve the funds on the gift card, when you bring the receipt to try to rectify the issue you'll be given the run around and an email to contact. Overall avoid this location go to Henry St.
