i ordered a large ,deep dish/pan, special of the day during the week , for pick up. I believe it had three toppings. If you order what i ordered as a walk in , then I think it would be around $30; but since i ordered online , i think it was a half price discount at around $14 plus tax (?). I walked to pick it up. It was perfect ! Exactly what i wanted ! It was ready on time. The server/ worker/ manager were nice to me . No problem. Price was right. Pizza was deep dish/pan; exactly what I wanted. I never had any complaints with this Pizza Hut. I dont really know what all the complaints are about....

Used to be great, we ordered every week. Something changed in the last 3 weeks and our nice thick fluffy pizzas are thin, hard, cheese burnt, sauce dried out and hardly any toppings. This was our makeup pineapple ham pizza. Just as bad. We won’t be going back. Has staff changed??

I really like pizza hut but this location is not great. Both of my items I ordered they got wrong. I ordered a pizza which they left one of my toppings off of (which I paid extra for) and the cheesy pull apart bread was completely raw inside. First time ordering from this spot. Won't order from here again.

Got a large stuffed crust with 2 toppings pizza ($29.99). Crust itself was super thin, undercooked, and doughy, near to no toppings. There are pieces with no pepperoni or chicken. Toppings are very expensive for the amount you get($3.25 per topping) Very disappointed because I have always liked pizza hut 😢 hoping for a better experience next time

Female that works the phone line is rude and does not have proper social skills
The worst customer service ever, placed an order at this location and i called back to add sauce to my order but each time i called which was at least 5 times my call was picked up and dropped off. Someone hung up twice while i was trying to give my order as well. Later i receive a call asking about my delivery address and I asked not to bring my pizza as it’s frustrating to not get a response. The thing that surprises me is the response from guy named Joel saying “well ok you have a great night” no accountability whatsoever. These people should literally be educated on customer service and then hired.

I love pizza I try it from everywhere I can this is hands down the worst pizza I have ever had I’ve had frozen pizzas 10 times better then this and the price is outrageous never ever again will I order Pizza Hut very upset with the quality size and price insane
