I visited this store for the first time on 28/03/2024 and had a terrible experience dealing with Ms. Pritpal Kaur who was working at the front counter, I asked her questions like the spice level of the pizza which she replied I don't know Then I asked the difference b/w barbeque chicken pizza and regular chicken which she rudely replied I don't know, I asked if she can ask somebody else which she refuses to do and smacked her finger on the keyboard to make me feel how irritated she is with my queries if a customer service person dont knows the ingredients then whom should I ask. She needs training to learn how to be nice to customers and smile at least to make them feel welcome.

We ordered 2 regular stuffed crust pizzas online and it wasn't ready when it said it I'll be. After 5-10 minute wait we got the pizza and came home for more disappointment. The stuffed crust pizzas were paper thin! When did this happen. Is this Brantford Pizza Hut lowering the standards of pizza hut. This was not the case when we ordered the last time. Disappointing! They will loose a lot of customers if they keep this up.

Not only is this dump of a resturant criminally overpriced but it's packed with middle eastern knob ends with no hygine, I legitimately saw them drop a pizza on the floor from the oven then proceed put it in a box and hand it to the delivery driver. INSANE!
