I ordered pick-up, the email said 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. I get there at 20 minutes, and they haven't even started making my pizza...their excuse that they are busy. It's a Saturday night at dinner, of course they're busy. This isn't the first time this location has messed up my order but it will definitely be the last time I go here. The girls making the pizza take out the order papers with their hands and then go right back to making pizza without washing their hands. The guy working has gloves but touches everything including the cash register with those same gloves and then goes back to handling food. Not sure how this location passed it's health inspection

Awful experience. I ordered by Uber eats and waited inside the store for one and a half hour and after that they’re asking me if I have placed an order in the wrong store and for the whole time, the girl at the front has been telling me that my order is in the oven. I have finally left from there after one and a half hour waiting , and cancel my order. Total waste of time!!!

We never expect amazing pizza from here but yesterday we ordered 2 medium pizzas. Needless to say we were still hungry afterwords. The crust was so thin in places there were holes. The 'stuffed crust' was about one inch per slice. So that left all dry crust....
The quality has gone to absolute shite. Will not be wasting my money anymore at pizza pizza.
Yall are wrecking our food, you know who & what I'm talking about. Wear gloves. Talkin on the phone while making my order, your damn right I watched you remake it. Keep that slop out of our food, we don't just throw our food together. Getting mad I asked to remake it, slamming stuff around. Relax guy you're disposable ?

Asked for a pizza with a 3 toppings and got to play the game of “Find the Toppings” and the toppings that were on the pizza were like as if the store was short on them. On top of that the employee had the audacity to explain as to how a pizza is made and that we should be okay as to whatever was given to us since this is how it is. Please DON’T go to this store if you want a good quality pizza that is actually worth your money. On the other hand if you hate somebody please treat them with a pizza from this store ☺️

The pizza-making process was unhygienic. The staff were not following proper hygiene rules, as they were making the pizzas with bare hands and not wearing gloves. When we requested that they use gloves, one of the employees refused, saying that he had just washed his hands, so it was fine. However, we did not feel comfortable eating the pizza. Despite our concerns, the employee was unwilling to wear gloves.
