I am writing to file a complaint regarding an order I placed at your Pizza Pizza location at 603 Colborne St E, Unit 110, Brantford, ON N3S 7S8.
I ordered a Butter Chicken Pizza, and unfortunately, when I received it, the chicken was undercooked/raw. After eating your pizza, I have been experiencing continuous vomiting and stomach pain.
I am a truck driver traveling from Calgary, so I am not local to Brantford.
The food was absolutely terrible. I placed an order it took over an hour and a half to receive it, which I can understand. During busy evenings, but when I received my pizza, it was cold and the crust was burnt all underneath and around the edges when I say burnt, I mean extremely burnt , I also ordered wings, the wings were overcooked to the point where there was no soft meat. It was like eating beef jerky.. didn’t receive any of the curly fries that we ordered.. and when i called the complaints line didn’t seem to get anywhere with them.. I’m sorry but when you spend $100 in food for your kids to have a nice Friday night meal… It should be edible.

Just look at the amount of chili flakes on this pizza I paid $62 in total, and this is what I got? The whole thing was drowning in spice, barely edible, and definitely not worth the price. I’ve always liked Pizza Pizza, but this one was just a complete letdown. For that kind of money, I expected way better quality and some actual balance in flavor, not a fire challenge.

Downhill like every other place lately. Pizza tastes like cardboard. Topping not evenly placed. Chicken wings just thrown in cardboard box and sauce dumped on top. No tinfoil or anything to stop sauce from dripping out bottom. Go to Marios 2 for 1 or Lucianis. These pizza
