Ordered online the toppings didn’t go through after I ordered extra sauces . Terrible customer service once I arrived. Extra half hour wait once I got here. This was a second chance as horrible experience last time here. Will not be back. Lots of other pizza places in the city. It’s too bad used to be a great spot for pizza! It’s came in the box like this it was absolutely disgusting not one thing was cooked and it had gross amounts of sauce . It went in the garbage 29 bucks worth or garbage.

The pizza didn’t taste good. The crust was soft and not cooked well, the cheese wasn’t melted right, and the sauce had no flavor. It felt like it was made in a hurry. I didn’t enjoy it.

Really a bad experience i was on my way to home at around 10pm so i ordered on call for a ‘vegetarian’ pizza with specifically 4 toppings. When we got the pizza even before eating the first slice my wife found out we had a piece of ‘meat’ (i am unsure what if it was ham or bacon) so i went in there and politely asked them to make a new one without asking for a refund. The second one that i got after eating a slice we found more small pieces of meat. So i went back and asked him why are there pieces of meat in a vegetarian pizza but they had no answer. So i asked for a refund but the guy at the counter asked if he could make a new pizza again and i denied but he informed he can give me a $10 store credit and i did not understood why was my money held by the company so i asked him for a full refund and after a bit of back and forth he gave us the refund in full asking if i was happy now (bit of a sarcasm). Not a great behaviour. I would advise if you guys make a mistake and the customer asks for a refund do not hold them for a store credit you will make the matters worse. And no customer is going around at night with meat in the pocket to throw in pizza and come back for refund so do not ask them you don’t understand how it is in the pizza.

Order a peperoni panzeroti for supper when received meal it was have the usual size and was pretty well empty (6 slices of peperoni and very little cheese)
