Extremely expensive food and drinks. We booked in advance and the only had ONE employee working who was expected to serve drinks, make all the food (!) and attend to the F1 simulator which kept disconnecting. We ordered appetizers for the group and they didn't have 3 options (spinach dip, tacos and Mac and cheese), and when we ordered 2 pizzas, we only got the one because the poor employee didn't have time to make the second. We left hungry and disappointed.

While we enjoyed our (limited) time here there were a few things that they could improve. Minors being told to leave right at 6:00pm before our meal is finished isn't ideal business practice when we ordered food only 30 minutes earlier. It takes an excessive amount of time to get drink refills and seemed to be an inconvenience to our server. You need to come to this location with more than enough time (and money) to spare. Their prices do not reflect the service. My message is not to avoid this place, but merely to go with the right expectations.

After about a 2 year hiatus from the men’s league it’s good to be back ! There is one server (Madi) and she really makes the league that much more enjoyable. Her customer service and personality is just exceptional !

The best golf simulator rates in Brantford. They always have promotions going on and their golf simulators are exceptional. Place is clean and I love their whole ambience of lighting. Golf simulator screens are large and it runs smoothly. No distractions while I play golf there. Staff is lovely, they are all so nice and they make the food delicious. Drinks were delivered fast, and the beer was cold and refreshing. I also liked the music choice, very upbeat and calm. F1 simulators were so fun to play on. The multiplayer choice was my favorite as I raced against my friends. Could choose different race tracks, and could change my settings to make it easier for me to drive. Absolutely would recommend to my friends and family.

A couple friends and I were looking for an outing one evening in early February and came across this business. Without golf clubs in our trunk, we signed up online for their formula 1 race experience. The building was clearly new or very well maintained inside and looked comfortable and fun. We were entirely ignored by the two staff who came and went, presumably tending to the two golf course rooms that were occupied but we weren't greeted in the slightest. There was no clear spot to check in so we should sit at the bar and wait. Eventually someone acknowledged us and got our drink order and we explained our online booking. We waited even longer for someone to get us set up on the race simulator and it was abundantly clear that they had about 4 minutes of training on how to run the [very complicated] system. No part of the race simulator was enjoyable because none of our questions could be answered, we were unable to change tracks or even restart to switch drivers. It was clear that the two staff members were new to their jobs and had been set up for the evening shift with little training and no confidence in their roles.
We won't likely return based on this experience. I do hope that the staff get more training or the management ensure at least one staff member per shift has a clue of what's going on.

Excellent service from staff from all the times I have been there. They help me set up the simulator and was very knowledgeable. The food menu had a variety of foods for me to choose from. The food dishes I would recommend would be the Nachos, Mozzarella sticks, Pizza and wings. Nachos were super tasty and it comes with multiple toppings. Wings were crispy and the sauces that come with it make it so much better! The food paired with my beer so perfect. Altogether it was a wonderful experience with my friends! They also had a large selection of beer and cocktails. Loved the music, it made the whole atmosphere so VIBEY. I would def come back as this place is awesome to hang out with my friends and family while enjoying the game of golf.

We just got kicked out at 6:05 pm because my son is 18. We were going to do the F1, at 30 bucks a person. And I would have had another beer. Great business decision. Looking at having dinner also. Oh well lost revenue. And I will make sure everyone i know knows this!!!!!

First time visiting this establishment today, and it was underwhelming.

We arrived at 4:50, for our 5 pm reservation. Upon entry we were rudely advised that our 13 year old son was not welcome after 6pm. Our fault for not identifying this before arriving, we must have missed it somewhere in the fine print. We understood the policy, but the delivery was rude.

We proceeded with our reservation and decided we would go somewhere else to eat instead of eating there as we had planned.

While we were setting ourselves up, this same waitress advised us that we had to pay immediately before proceeding, and that we couldn’t begin 4 minutes early, we had to wait until exactly 5 pm to begin. This was communicated in the same unpleasant manner and tone as when we were advised of my sons age restrictions.

This whole introduction left us with an unpleasant vibe for the entirety of our reservation. It felt like we were an inconvenience.

We also reluctantly ordered nachos and beer. I wish I could say the food was better than the service, but I think the tortillas were stale. We ate the stale nachos as quick as possible, to make sure we got out by 6pm.

The icing on the cake was the waitress coming to remind us that we had 8 minutes left and almost hurrying us out the door.

We’ve been to other luxury indoor golf centres, and never been treated so poorly. We would not return to this establishment and don’t recommend it.

Great upbeat vibe. Came here with my husband & friends of ours a few days ago. We enjoyed the golfing simulators, they were very straightforward & easy to navigate, even as first timers. Our server Em was efficient & attentive to us, very refreshing to have quick and polite service. We hope to have her again at our next gathering! Overall, good experience.
