Had a terrible experience at this location 50 market St South brantford Ordered 120.00 worth of food 16 PC tender meal 8 Pc chicken Picked up my order Upon returning home Finding out that they did not give me the 16 PC tender meal and taking pictures of receipt and items recieved Drove back to the location and was told by the very unprofessional staff that they guaranteed they put items in the bag. Told me I was wrong on many occasions during conversation And was unwilling to hear my side of the conversation. So was out just under 70.00 for food I never received. Will definitely not return or recommend this location to anyone

I purchased $128 worth of food in that $69 was for the tenders. I did not receive the tenders. When I went back to inform the manager they told me they were 110% positive they did in fact put the tenders in the bag. I took a picture to show them and they told me I was incorrect. So I paid $69 for tenders that I did not receive. The staff was very unprofessional when dealing with this situation. Seems they do not care about customer satisfaction

I went back to the store where the staff stated they were 110% sure they put the tenders in the bag. I took a picture of the food I had received and showed the manager. Still they said they had put the tenders in the bag. So I paid $69 for tenders I did not receive.

Had a Spicy Chicken mini sandwich. Was delicious. Staff was very friendly, even though there were some young people causing issues. Manager came out was very polite and compassionate in attempting to try and resolve their situation. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you. Keep up the great work. 😊
