Update your hours, door sign and google both say you're open but that's not the case. Food is decent but don't come out of your way as they won't be here.

Last couple times I’ve tried to go, the website and google say they are open. Even their hour sign says they are open . But they are not.. lights off. No one home. And when I am able to catch them open. The associates are rude and not at all welcoming. Food is subpar. I really only go because they are walking distance but lately. Is it even worth it?
First off, that I really value quality customer service, and that boy Hunter always provides. What an incredible young man. His attention to detail when scooping the ice cream is something to be admired. Great employee, great ice cream, Great day. ??
drove all the way from London and they weren’t open even though the sign on their door says open 11am-12am and online says “open always”, googled before I left and it said they were open as well. Definitely recommend calling ahead to make sure someone is there before venturing
Let me begin by saying Hunter is a hero. Went above and beyond our expectations by bringing us the best customer service we have ever had in our lives. The milkshakes had a perfect milk to ice cream ratio. To really some up my experience here, two words. Poutine. Perfect.
Fries are frozen store bought and the gravy comes from a can, they don't even try to hide it if you order when they're restocking. Saw an old dirty damp rag being used to clean dirty spots and Flys around the fruit. Canceled my order should be called perfectly gross
So bad they ran out of hotdogs but didn't tell you until you call afterwards then canceled one of our orders with a poutine since a hot dog wad ordered with it so we only got two poutines and the had forgotten a drink never eating here again and it took forever to arrive
Ordered out. The gravy was salty tasting( possibly to much sodium). Fries were soggy and small portions for the price. BBQ chicken was cooked good but that was it. This didn't even fill my 6 yr old nephew. For 3 poutines delivered for 57.70. To expensive. Had to make something else for the crew.
My only complaint would be the price. Honestly I've enjoyed everything I've eaten here. Hard to drop $20+ for a large poutine. I will admit, In sure I'll eat here again.
Ordered off skip, got 2 mac poutines and a taco, none had ground beef. How do you miss a key component in poutine when it's literally in your name.Skip gave me 50% refund (off the items), which still resulted in me paying $50ish for "okay" meatless mess of fries and gravy. Not perfect, might wanna change your name.

This place is scam, regular size poutine is $15 with tax but it’s actually a small size that’s good enough for kid not for adult. Worst experience ever

Please don’t eat here!! Another garbage restaurant that charges almost $20 for any poutine nothing special at all about the taste. Garbage food go elsewhere.
The people in there are miserable , but they make good food , my poutine is always layered so I don't have plain fries on the
Quality is horrible for $13 for a regular is not worth the value, gravy was so salty may as well dump a whole box of salt down my throat , fries ended up being super soggy, I will never eat there again my stomach was turning minutes after eating
