I had some vary tasty crab it was vary filling and the staff was so nice

The server was great, the food itself was terrible, and the price was ridiculous. Shame on Red Lobster for portraying them selves as somewhere one would like to eat. Just my opinion...

I can't say enough good things about this place! Our waiter was so sweet and attentive and just did his job so well! Grabbed the Sandra flight, berry tropical and mango sooooo good, there is a margarhita flight as well! We got the amazing special for 25.99 I chose lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail and linguini Alfredo with shrimp. There was soooooo many shrimp in the pasta, oh my and the biscuits ohhhhh the biscuits are the best you will ever have! Ended up bringing some leftover pasta home and they even gave me another biscuit to take with me!!!!! Oh oh oh and there's a lobster tank in the front entrance and there was a blue guy in there .... such a fun experience! 10/10 totally recommend!

Very disappointing – online order for pick up. Not good value for your money. I will not be spending mine at Red Lobster anymore. Ordered for 3 adults from Red Lobster in Brantford; $112. Compared to 2 years ago there was less than half the food per portion for the same price - honestly there was more packaging than food, the food quality was terrible and literally mini-sized everything. Surf and Turf for $50 was a joke – steak was like shoe leather and you could put it in the palm of your hand and close your fingers around it, tiny lobster tail (maybe 3 bites) and a hand full of french fries. To boot, clam chowder was missing from the order. Although from what I’ve read in other reviews maybe that was a good thing.

The standard for chain-seafood restaurants. Shrimp deal continued to be delicious and an impressive price. Don't miss Monday nights when you can STILL get Endless Shrimp. This is a great location with great service and a great kitchen. Try to not fill up on chedder bay biscuits! ?

Four of us went for an early supper to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The food was delicious and our server Kate was really busy and did a fabulous job of tending to our every need,constantly checking up on us. A special tasty dessert came as a bonus surprise at the end which we all shared. Simply marvellous!!

In store isn’t as terrible as online I order via Uber eats ordered about 80$ worth of food everything was cold and the clam chowder soup that cost about 12 $ was given in a dish the size of a petri dish and wasn’t even filled tasted nasty as well so maybe they did me a favour.

This is my first online review of any restaurant. I had a mixed experience at the Brantford location tonight and I walked away regretting my decision to go there for supper. This wasn't my first time at this location but it will likely be my last. We asked to speak to the manager because we had a concern and she barely said anything to us when she came to our table. Her lack of interaction with us spoke volumes. Poor leadership on the part of management. The staff handled it a lot better than she did. There were a few other things that contributed to my displeasure tonight but not worth the time explaining here. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

My wife and I went tonight for our anniversary. The food was good but the service was great. Thank you,
