Unfortunately, the food at this location was not very good and did not meet my expectations. However, the service was excellent. Our server spoke French and provided very kind and professional customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience better.
The restaurant also looks a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Overall, the service was the highlight of the visit.

Good but way over priced. $300 for 2 adults and 1 child
We visited the Red Lobster in the Brantford location last night.
We walked in and right away had a great welcoming experience.
Our server Michelle was very good and friendly she was funny..she gave her suggestions on what to order and was very patient and attentive.
We haven’t been to Red Lobster since we were younger and the atmosphere was how we remembered happy and very accommodating. All of the wait staff were great.
Thank you again..

Restaurantji Recommends
Went there for the seafood boil (Cajun sauce Spicy) it was a disaster. I never had such a bad experience with seafood before. It was tasteless, could only taste butter/oil mostly. My husband had the fries and Lobster bisque and they were salty. We had to wait over 45 mins to be served. I personally do not recommend this restaurant. Paid $90, total waste of money

The staff were very friendly and very good at their jobs. Allergy accommodating. The atmosphere is very nice.
We recently took my M-I-L to RL. This is the second time I have been here in the last year. On our most recent visit, two of us had the shrimp pasta dish, which was good. The portions were huge so we took leftovers. My h ordered the lobster bisque which was absolutely delicious...especially with their famous biscuits! The soup came with packaged little crackers, which is odd given the biscuits... We also had stuffed mushrooms. They were good but not as good as I anticipated. The tables are a bit crowded and decor a bit outdated. The service was fantastic. Overall a good experience.

I assumed a place known for its seafood would have decent fish and chips. I’m not talking about a blow your socks off kind of fish and chips, but for the over $20 price tag it should be good enough to eat and maybe even enjoy it a little. Red Lobster, however has the worst fish and chips I’ve ever eaten. Maybe eaten isn’t the right word to use here because I didn’t really eat much of it. The fish had a strange uninspired batter. No real flavour and the it ended up falling off the fish. The chips really weren’t any better. They are some of the worst restaurant fries I’ve had. Thankfully, I has a couple of those delicious biscuits to enjoy!
