The food here never misses, it is consistently delicious! I also love how they can make any of the dishes gluten free. I often miss out on Asian dishes because many of the sauces they use contain gluten, but not at Sai Thai!!

Had dinner there tonight. Server came back a few minutes after serving our dinner. She asked how is everything and I said I didn’t care for the dish I ordered. She said sorry about that and walked away. Never asked if I wanted anything else, or to bring back the menu to order something else??? Nothing. Had to go to the counter to pay because she never even brought the bill to us. Never again. I just read sai Thai response….i never said that!!!! I said i didn’t care for that dish. I would have gladly paid for something else!!!! You didn’t try to bring back a menu, ask about why i didn’t like the meal and offer any alternatives. I did call back and you were completely defensive towards me and justified that you never returned to our table. I find this response ridiculous. Of course my husband paid the bill as I was right there interacting with you…in person and said that you could have at least come back and offered some sort of alternative to not eating dinner. I am floored that you chose to post this in your response to a review.

Sai Thai might just be the best restaurant in Brantford. We’ve ordered from here at least 10 times in the last few years and the food is always consistently amazing. The mango curry is life changing. The freshest vegetables, tofu and meat and the most intense delicious flavours. If you’re sensitive to spice, I wouldn’t go above 3 or 4 on the spice scale!

Sai Thai is my family’s favourite Thai restaurant. The food is always delicious. We have tried different dishes from the menu and we love the wontons/ curries/ pad thai/ thai basil noodles. They also have such amazing staff who are very warm and welcoming. Keep up the good work guys!

This is a gem for sure. It is a small and very friendly restaurant with incredible food. The Mango Salad is delicious as were four other ordered items. This is a perfect example of how to have a wonderful meal without the usual “chain restaurant” flavour. Priced right with excellent service. Highly recommend!!
