Ordered takeout and was given the wrong meal. I called and spoke to Mike, the manager, who had the correct order prepared and delivered it to my house himself.

Delicious food and fast service!

I will start by saying that the food was delicious. Some meals could have been a bit warmer, but overall was really good.
The negative part of our dining experience... we went with a group of 18. I called 10 days prior to make the reservation. We were seated at 2 different tables that were quite a distance from each other. Due to the distance and noise level in the restaurant we couldn't even talk to the other half of our party. Both tables had different severs, one being quite a bit slower than the other which resulted in half the party getting their food and bills a lot quicker than the other half. Would definitely return but not with a large group.

My sister and I enjoyed a wonderful evening here tonight. We shared the calamari, the banana peppers and pickles weee a wonderful addition, we agreed it was one of the best we’d ever had. My sister had a shrimp pasta dish and the one bite she shared was amazing, my sesame crusted salmon bowl was also incredible. The portions were huge so we each have another meal to eat later. I believe our waitress’ name was Mackenzie, she was so warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was really cool and the Photo Booth was an awesome extra touch. It was my first time and I can’t wait to go back!

Tonight was my daughter and I first time there (Kayleigh) we ordered epic nachos as pictured here, a kids mac n cheese with a cesars salad ( not pictured cause we ate it) . We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Mike. He was so nice, my daughter mentioned how she loved the pretzel bread that came with the Mac N Cheese but not so much the Mac n Chees . Mike went out of his way to make us feel appreciated by when packing up our order and including a order of pretzels for my daughter cause she loved them. Super nice place we will be back.

Food was great! Service was even better! Compliments to the chef! Sydney was amazing, she is a rock star and we will definitely be back in hopes that she is our server again!!

Haven’t been here in a while but they have stood the test of time, great food, Ruth was awesome and so friendly, the beer options are great as usual! Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been here 5+ times since moving to Brantford from Toronto. Similar atmosphere but all around better than a Jack Astors. Service has been hit or miss and the person I spoke with when ordering takeout was a bit confused. Probably would only dine in from now on but food is consistently good.

Generally, not the type of eatery I would gravitate to however I had little time and was very hungry. The gentleman that served me was exceptional. I asked his name but regrettably I don’t recall. My food was very good and I would order it again however I choose not to dine in an atmosphere that is this loud. But that’s on me because this is what this place is about. Recommended.

Great food and they have a gluten free menu with pretty much all of the items that are on the regular menu. Only a dollar or 2 upcharge for the GF version and it tastes the same. Good atmosphere with a high top bar and plenty of booths/tables to choose from

The food was ok. We ordered nachos. They served salty chips. The cheese is not the soft melt type. The burger was not that awesome. We hardly ate the nachos and we didn’t finish the burger. The tomato soup was ok. But RUTH was awesome!!! She has excellent CS! If ever we go back, it’s because of the excellent service of Ruth! ??
