This is our favourite restaurant for special occasions. Anthony and Heather truly understand every aspect of making a diner feel special and enjoy amazing meals. Sometimes meals we would never think of! Customer service,’food offerings, ambiance is consistently excellent. Thank you so much for all the amazing food this evening, and making my husband’s birthday even that more memorable. The birthday shot was actually amazing. We always reserve- even middle of the week. Too many others understand what a gem Anthony’s restaurant is!!! Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for everything.

The service and the food were incredible. This restaurant came highly recommended by locals and did not disappoint! The chicken cordon blue special was to die for! All the pasta dishes and lamb were perfect. Choice of specials was great.
Can't wait to go back!!

Wow! What a hidden gem. We had dinner last night. The chef described the features and we didn’t even have to look at the menu. My duck confit was incredible as was the gnocchi, seafood pasta, tenderloin pasta special,etc. The staff are the warmest and so lovely.
I can’t say enough about this place and we are already phoning Tuesday to return.
Way to go Speekeasy Team!!!

Came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and the chef was fantastic he was kind enough to go out of his way & make some extra gluten free options for me. Everything tasted amazing. Would recommend to everyone specially for anyone who is gluten free.

My daughter and I came for dinner this evening for the first time on thanksgiving! As it’s just the two of us we decided to try this restaurant that we’ve been wanting to try as it’s Italian in our favourite type of food. All I can say is this absolutely fabulous 100% will return. The food was so good decor was adorable. it was beautiful really it was so festive, The owners put so much love into this restaurant and you can see it!! our server was amazing. Her name is Brooke and we are very thankful for her. I’m hope I’m spelling her name correctly. We’re just coming back that’s really it. Thank you so so much to This little Italian gem

First time at Speekezzies Cafe and I give it 5 stars ⭐.

Top notch service. We went for an early dinner and we were greeted by Anthony. Very friendly and he made us feel welcomed. Anthony explained all daily features and was very passionate about the food and it's preparation.

We started of with a pizza to share amongst our table of 4. We ordered Chicken Parm with linguine and rose sauce. Two of the featured Barramundi Fish with pasta Primavera. They also accommodated our 8 year old with spaghetti and meatballs.

The food presentation was great. I didn't take any pictures because I was enjoying the ambience of the restaurant and the people we were with.

All of the food was prepared exceptionally well.

The service was also great and you could tell that everyone was proud of what the restaurant had to offer.

My wife and I will definitely be returning.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the establishment. The exceptional quality of the cuisine, coupled with the ambiance and atmosphere, made for a truly memorable occasion. It undoubtedly ranks among the finest restaurants in Brantford. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

What an amazing experience. Service was friendly, food was incredible and then desert off the wall great. Caesar salad , Gnocchi, lamb and Pizza was our order. Perfection in all buckets. Lemon Cello and Espresso to finish the night. 1st visit here and will return. Owner was also interactive and very involved with our night.

Food was amazing , however service was very slow , we had a reservation for 5:15 got out of there 8:30 ….appetizers came out fairly quick , however, we waited for our main mean over 1 hour

If you don’t mind waiting for your meal I would highly recommend it , if you’re in a rush or hungry you may get hangry ?

Don’t be fooled by the location or understated sign out front. This is such a great place. Anthony and his family offer an impeccable dining experience. Friendly service and awesome food at a reasonable price with zero pretentiousness. Light music in the background while still being quiet enough to have an enjoyable conversation. We have eaten here 4 times and have never been disappointed. This is now our go-to restaurant.

The Lamb Chops and Seafood Spagatinni are amazing. The wood fired pizza's and steaks are fantastic as well!
