I've been coming to the West Brant starbucks for a long time. but when i come in and order a citrus defender tea (defense tea, honey and lemonade) I am constantly getting peach and mint instead...very upsetting. especially when the staff try to say that is what the citrus defense is.
The store on West street has a serious issue with ordering enough supplies to meet customer demand. I have been told no word of a lie at least a dozen times this summer that there is always something not available to make my drink. They also ignore all the mobile orders in favor of the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes after our order to get out drinks yet there wasn't a problem keeping the drive thru going steadily. All the people that had mobile orders were just standing up...read full review
