At this starbucks branch we had a very unprofessional experience. The lack of professionalism in this establishment was quite shocking. At this location, the entirety of a drink was accidentally spilt (venti) and we got napkins to clean it up. We realized it was taking a very long time and we kindly asked for a towel, the response we received was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. We then asked for a mop, as the drink was all over the floor from dripping and we were told to leave the mess and to leave the establishment. We genuinely wanted to help as we saw it was busy. Accidents happen and we come there all the time. None of the less, we decided to call the location to try and figure out what could be done to resolve the unprofessionalism and the disrespect that was given in that moment. The manger called us liars and stated nobody works at that location under the description we gave. Which was false. We still told the manger what the issue was and how we were treated. Again, she rudely stated we were lying and nobody did anything that we said. On that note, she also hung up on us on multiple occasions for putting a complaint in. This is 100% unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We hope after reading this review the issue is able to be addressed and not happen in the future. There are some amazing staff here but during that current experience left a very negative feeling for us.

horrible costumer service, i offered to clean a spilled drink and i asked if i could have a towel or mop and they said that i could use napkins for a full venti cup that spilled we asked again for towels and they still said no. No offering for refund, no mop, no towel no hell and no costumer service

Amazing service from Mackenzie today. She was so helpful she made my day. The app was glitching and she made me the best birthday drink I've ever had! Thank you for being so good at your job!
Great service. I mentioned i had a glutin allergy, and the staff was able to accommodate my drink for me. Plus, they santized their blenders for me as well. Super clean store.

5 Stars for Fernando! I brought in cash, and realized I didn't bring in enough change for the coffee cake, so i ordered a cookie instead. Fernando immediately said he would cover the 15 cent difference I was missing. That is the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Not only going above and beyond, but just being such a pleasant man, and you can tell hard working. You're lucky to have him! Give that man a raise!
