5 Stars for Fernando! I brought in cash, and realized I didn't bring in enough change for the coffee cake, so i ordered a cookie instead. Fernando immediately said he would cover the 15 cent difference I was missing. That is the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Not only going above and beyond, but just being such a pleasant man, and you can tell hard working. You're lucky to have him! Give that man a raise!

Literally not a a good feeling going there as an Indian. Also doesn't recruit Indians and just being whatever.. I never went there for a job but they thought I was doing uber when I went there to buy a coffee which was just pathetic

Just waited forever for my mobile order, barista decided to put my hot drink behind a bag and another cup but all the other ones she hollered out the name for and put clearly seperate. Then when I told her it was worth the other order she said oh that's ok like it was my mistake. Thanks a lot, I'll try another location next time

This location is by far my favorite one. Staff are always very nice and happy to see you. Will always recommend coming here.
I’ve been coming here for years since it opened since the new manager took over year and a half ago it has gone down hill it is not clean like it was before . The patio is absolutely disgusting 1st thing in the morning you have to ask for the tables to be wiped down . If you don’t ask, they don’t get done.we came in two days in a row to the same dirt on one off the tables finally we asked for the tables to be wiped and they were reluctantly wiped . The patio has not been washed off this year like it normally is there is gravel on it garbage it unexceptable

was quite disgusted at this starbucks as one of my best friends has a food allergy and can’t have any cross contamination with gluten, the only thing she asks is that the blenders get rinsed before making her drink and she stated that very kindly before the order was made. Normally the workers don’t mind at all when asked to rinse the blender out that only takes about 10 seconds of their time but one of the baristas there was extremely rude and refused to rinse the blender because it was “busy”. There was no one behind us in line, the store was not that busy

Well... Changes! Why does the outdoor patio look like a disaster? Tables are not wiped off in the morning and are not checked throughout the day. Yes... I know it gets busy, but there is NO EXCUSE!!! Garbage, and other debris NOT SWEPT. Hard criticism, I know. It only takes 2 minutes to do things right. Laziness not an excuse.
