i come to this starbucks almost everyday and they have the most friendly staff! unfortunately today i had an encounter with probably the most unpleasant and rude employee ever- especially for a place that is known for their friendliness. a girl with a curly black bun was at the cash as i was ordering, didn’t say hi to my bf and i, looked annoyed right away that we needed to have a look at the menu. (not our fault you’re working new year’s day girl) i approach her to order and this girl is on snapchat , ignoring us, so i said “hello”. because wow that was ridiculous.. she slowly looks up from her phone and says “….hi?” get this weirdo out of customer service please lol. proceeded to look bored and rude as we ordered. disgusting attitude and needs a reality check.

This location was so dirty look like the tables had never been wiped off bar was a disaster Terrible location ordered one drink.Two other customers that came in after me ordered bigger orders and got their orders before me watched my drink.Sit in the blender for almost ten minutes before I had to ask for a manager to finish making it

During my last trip to Starbucks, I was really happy with the service I got. As soon as I walked in, the place felt cozy and friendly, and the barista at the counter, Monica, smiled at me warmly. Even though the store was pretty busy, everyone was handled with kindness and care, and no one seemed in a rush. It was obvious they cared about both getting things done and making sure everyone had a good time. What really caught my attention was how carefully my order was made. My drink was prepared exactly how I like it — just right in taste and served quickly, but still with care. The barista even checked everything twice before giving it to me, which showed they were really detail-oriented. Little things like that make a big difference and remind you that great service is still out there. Overall, this visit made a strong impression, and I really appreciate the hard work, kindness, and effort from the Starbucks team. I’ll definitely be back!

The other week I was very frustrated with my starbucks mobile app. The app would not let me place an order regardless of the amount of times i added items to my cart. I went to this location and an employee named Monica helped me out! She was very kind and helped me successfully figure out my app and place my order! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks 😊

What a horrible experience today at this Starbucks. I order a Venti Peach Green Tea Lemonade and when they hand me a Grande I tell the partner that I ordered a venti. She huffed, dumped the grande cup into the venti cup and topped it with ice. Totally asshat move.
