Love my Starbucks! My only complaint continues to be that you can't leave the cookies or loaf in the plastic they arrive in the store in. I purchased the gingerbread loaf this morning before 9. Asked if I could have it left in the package. It could not be done. So, I am eating a very dry gingerbread loaf at noon.

I waited 45 minutes for my order at Henry St. Branch only to find out after I followed up that the protein milk I requested wasn’t even available. They didn’t bother to inform me earlier, so I ended up waiting for nothing. Really disappointing service — communication should’ve been better and customers shouldn’t have to waste their time like that.

Ordered a Chai Tea Latte with Oat Milk & was given Chai Tea Latte with milk instead. I realized after I started having stomach cramps ( allergic) to dairy … this is the second, time. I’ve ordered, a breakfast sandwich and asked them to remove the cheese. When I get the sandwich it had cheese. I had to throw it out. I am writing this review now because since I’ve drank that Chai Tea I haven’t gotten up off the toilet seat and currently with cramps and vomiting! Need to do better and listen keenly.

Everytime i get my drink from here they mess it up everytime. I get a brown sugar shaken espresso with light oat milk and add sweet cream cold foam to it. It’s always to much cinnamon. or has way to much oat milk in it.

Popped in for a free birthday drink and was turned down for not collecting points on the app. Fine, I'm not a regular Starbucks goer but any coffee shop not under a corporate eye would've probably just given away a drink to be nice lol. Bought the drink anyway and was served my drink with a frown and the yelling of my name like I was being sent to the principals office, despite the store being relatively quiet lol. Starbucks has gotten weird man, support your local joints!
This is what my caramel Frappuccino looks like , I still give this a 4 stars because I order here often and is always good , but today I am no happy with the experience, this is not how a caramel Frappuccino supposed to look or taste , when I ask where is the caramel she give me a cup with a little bit of caramel so I can put it on my coffee, for the price that we paid we should get al least the right order with a good quality.

I enjoy going here more than other Starbucks locations. The store is spacious, and the staff are friendly and quick. I accidentally spilled my coffee today, and they didn't show any sign of annoyance. They cleaned it up and told me it was okay. I was grateful.
