The Venti refresher I ordered only had 110ml of drink while the rest was ice. Scam. $9 scam.

They suck, even if they close at 7 they do not provide hot food at 6.30pm which is extremely disappointing.

I felt like I was the witness of a TV Drama series unfolding.
I was at this location just before noon, when I got in there was maybe 6-8 people ahead of me, no problem! I soon noticed the line was getting longer and they were not taking as many orders, at 12:08 they finally took my order. The wait time to take my order was a bit frustrating but not unexpected as there was only two employees working.
While waiting for my drink, one of the two employees on shift (Jak) seemed to clearly not care much about how slow the service was, making drinks slowly, not taking orders and calling out peoples names ever so quietly.
The other employee on shift (Abby) was taking orders, making drinks, grabbing extra ice, being extremely polite, dealing with customer complaints and helping Jak make drinks too because he seemed confused or was just too slow (props to her, you did not deserve this chaos girly).
This being said, Jak messed up four peoples orders while I was waiting. The first time it seemed like an honest mistake but by the fourth time, me and the 20+ other people waiting for our drinks were getting irritated. The mother and daughter standing beside me both had their drinks messed up. One was missing caramel or something. The other was supposed to be a hot drink and ended up being an iced drink..? This extended wait only added to the slow service as Jak had to remake the drinks and Abby was trying her best to multi-task, keep up with the incoming orders and chaos.
As I was waiting for my drink and the mother + daughter who were beside me were waiting for their drink remakes, people who joined the line way after us started receiving their drinks before us. Additionally while I was waiting there was two customer complaints (one from a mobile-order pick up and another from a grouchy old man). Abby handled these both quickly and professionally in order to defuse the situation.
With the complaints, messed up drinks, incompetent employee (Jak) and the insane wait time I was disappointed. There should have been another employee on shift to make up for the lack of competency one employee clearly had, it was practically just one person working.
I finally received my drink (a regular grande Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai) at 12:25. I waited 17 minutes after my order was taken for my drink, and almost 30 minutes in total because of the slow service.
I have never had a poor experience at this location before and this unfortunately this was an extreme one.
Shoutout to my regular baristas Grace and Abby at this location they are lovely. Always polite, trying their best and giving great customer service. I hope they know this negative review is not for them but for their less than competent co-worker.

This Starbucks is so cute (: and always so nice. Wait time is understandable as it’s only two workers and it’s based off who ordered things first. If you’re complaining about wait time because mobile orders came first. Maybe think about wether they were before you
Two of us got pumpkin spice lattes and they was no mixing and it was so horrible and only espresso and two others that where straight coffee

Grace and Abby were the barista’s when my sister and I went at 2 o’clock this afternoon. As soon as we order, they proceeded to do every single mobile order they had except ours ( we were the only in person customers) I am very disappointed with the service.

I am post partum and coming to starbucks is a treat. the head lady there is always so unpleasant and ruins the experience which is half the reason i love starbucks. I was there today around 2pm.. lets be a little more welcoming.
Just a quick latte in the drive-thru, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how genuinely happy and friendly the staff were. I actually thought to myself, “Self, the coffee at McDonalds may be better but there’s no way any of the drive-thru folks there are loving their job and showing it the way these people are.”

This Starbucks is conveniently located within Zehrs and allows you to grab a beverage of choice while you shop. It is new, clean and has friendly staff. The option is here ..... enjoy.
