I recently visited Subway and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything felt fresh and well-organized. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted—lots of fresh veggies, perfectly baked bread, and generous portions.

I was at the subway location, trying to use my coupon on my app and I was told I cannot use that coupon even though on the coupon it clearly indicated that it can be used in store .staff called the manager I spoke to him and he still said I could not use it, but he was not open or willing to walk me through the app on how I can use it. Subway Leadership needs to figure out how people can use the coupons on the flip app because there is absolutely no point of putting the coupons there. Very disappointed that I drove all the way here and could not use my coupon. I will not be returning.

Very rude guy and girl working there today. No hi or hello. The girl needs to go home and rest because she doesn’t look like she wants to be there. They didn’t say a word to us and looked very upset with each other. Never coming back.

I had a great experience here. There was an issue with my bread, and when I mentioned that it seemed a little burned, Piyush immediately offered to make me a new sandwich without any hesitation. He even told me to keep the original one and enjoy both. Such amazing customer service. Thank you, Piyush. I truly appreciate it. I’ll be back again.
