I was at the subway location, trying to use my coupon on my app and I was told I cannot use that coupon even though on the coupon it clearly indicated that it can be used in store .staff called the manager I spoke to him and he still said I could not use it, but he was not open or willing to walk me through the app on how I can use it. Subway Leadership needs to figure out how people can use the coupons on the flip app because there is absolutely no point of putting the coupons there. Very disappointed that I drove all the way here and could not use my coupon. I will not be returning.

I had a great experience here. There was an issue with my bread, and when I mentioned that it seemed a little burned, Piyush immediately offered to make me a new sandwich without any hesitation. So I ordered on skip the dishes a stampede sandwich and didn't mark any additional toppings (the sandwich comes with default toppings), and received a literal bread, cheese and meat, what kind of NPC do you have to be to assume that's what wanted from the order without explicitly saying that!? Ah, and they also forgot to put the chips... -10/10 experience, if I wasn't so hangover, I'd deliver that "sandwich" back to them myself.
