Went and got 2 subs, the person chasing us out automatically added a tip at the last second while my hand was in motion to tap card I didn’t notice till I seen the receipt (still in store) I asked about it and I was told “nothing I can do about it thank you for the tip” while being smirked at.. I have contacted the higher ups just figured I’d let other people be aware too

ordered online...The buns were skinny and stale. Toppings were definitely the bare minimum... Not worth half of what I get at other locations.

Not kid friendly, they don't have a booster seat or highchair like every other subway. The fountain drink machine has been broken the past 2 times I have been in. I will drive further to a different location to enjoy my sub next time

I had an amazing experience at this Subway thanks to Jashan! She provided excellent customer service – very friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and served everything with a smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making customers feel welcome. Definitely appreciate the effort, and I’ll be coming back here because of the great service. Highly recommend!

I had a very upsetting experience at this Subway location today that I feel needs to be shared.
I walked in intending to order food and asked to use the restroom. The staff member told me I had to place an order before I could use the restroom — which I was already planning to do. I then asked for the manager, who identified himself as Jimmy, and he repeated the same policy.
When I agreed to order and asked for his name so I could report the situation, the manager told the staff not to serve me at all. I was shocked — I was ready to be a paying customer, but instead I was denied service simply for asking the manager’s name.
This treatment felt discriminatory and retaliatory. No one should be denied service or access to basic facilities for asking a legitimate question or asserting their rights.
Subway needs to take responsibility for how its employees treat customers. I hope this location is held accountable, and I will be filing a formal complaint as well.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway. The staff were extremely unprofessional, the sandwich was poorly made, and the ingredients did not look or taste fresh at all. The bread was stale, the vegetables seemed old, and the overall hygiene of the place was very questionable. I expected at least decent customer service, but instead I was met with rudeness and carelessness. Honestly, this location does not represent the Subway brand well at all—I will not be coming back.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this Subway. The manager, Jimmy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to let me use the washroom and didn’t even bother to take my order. Customer service was terrible—I won’t be coming back to this location again.

The girl that made our sub I don’t believe has ever made a sandwich in her life. Every single thing that I asked for on my sub she had to double check with her co worker that she had grabbed the right thing. Asked for flat bread, she grabbed a whole baguette out of the oven. Asked for white cheese, had to ask for help which one that was. Asked for sub sauce, she grabbed about three bottles and walked them over to her friend to ask which one said sub sauce. I’ll just assume that reading and speaking English isn’t a strong suit. I then got to watch as she did the same thing to every customer behind me, at that point was lined up out the door.

The hiring practices of these fast food places continues to astound me. Only ever seems to be one criteria that has to be met, and it’s not proficiency. You all know what I’m talking about.
