ordered two footlong subs. wanted two cups of toppings and two cups of sauce on the side. rude employee said “no only 2”. like?? excuse me is it gonna come out of your paycheque? this place is a joke lmao

Great first visit! Fast line, clean store, and amazing service. The staff member who helped me made my sandwich perfectly and was very friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Veggi patty wasn’t tosted properly.
I place uber order and it was the worst service I got from this location. I called at the store to tell them that you guys didn’t warm bread and cheese slice was as it is and not even melted .. and girl answered you call first before place order .. and she didn’t know how to speak English properly .. I don’t know how you guys hire a staff you don’t even speak English properly at the place where they have to interact with other people .. and then they misunderstand .. and then this happens .. please I request the owner either to change staff or tell them to prepare order properly.

There was a big sign out front of this subway location stating if you buy a $50 gift card you will receive a free classic footlong. I asked for this deal and the employee said she would have to call her owner, with multiple other people in line. this girl and her owner who she went on the phone with went back to the sign 3 times to try and find a loophole where they did not have to give me a free sub if I bought the $ 50 dollar gift card. eventually I felt guilty for the people who were in line waiting to order so I said forget it. The amount of trouble this owner caused to give a sub when the sign clearly stated if I bought a $50 gift card you would get a free one is mind boggling. Congratulations you saved what tops $10 for the big ad you post outside your store. pathetic

Food has really gone down hill last few times. Used to be very good but something seems to have changed it’s no longer the same, it seems very disorganized and messy and subs not being made right.

Never order here, I ordered on uber bread not toasted when I called for it to be toasted double. Not to mention the cheese was wrong. I ordered Chedder and got white cheese never coming again.

girl gave me wrong sub and didn’t wanna make me the right one unless i paid again
Went and got 2 subs, the person chasing us out automatically added a tip at the last second while my hand was in motion to tap card I didn’t notice till I seen the receipt (still in store) I asked about it and I was told “nothing I can do about it thank you for the tip” while being smirked at.. I have contacted the higher ups just figured I’d let other people be aware too

Not kid friendly, they don't have a booster seat or highchair like every other subway. The fountain drink machine has been broken the past 2 times I have been in. I will drive further to a different location to enjoy my sub next time
