Stupid staff is hired in this store especially oversmart Mask girl during order delivery platform like doordash, skipthedishes etc for not mentioning thermal bag on their system and app too

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this subway location. The sandwich preparation felt rushed and sloppy, and my order was incorrect despite being quite simple. The employee at the store, a young woman, displayed a bad attitude whenever I asked any questions. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get her name, but her behaviour was completely unprofessional. I strongly suggest that the manager or owner take immediate action, including replacing employees like this with individuals who value customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any service-based business.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway. I ordered a footlong sub online, hoping it would be ready when I arrived, but they were way behind and hadn’t even started making it. When I politely pointed out the delay, the server was unbelievably rude instead of apologizing. To make things worse, they were incredibly stingy with the toppings, and when I asked for more, they gave me attitude. Absolutely unacceptable service—if I could give zero stars, I would.

I went in person and ordered at the counter I ordered the rotisserie chicken sub. When I went home and started eating there was bones in my food, (photo for reference and proof) when I called to address the issue I was hung up on multiple times. When I finally got through to a manager she also hung up on me mid sentence. Nothing was done to resolve the issue I was told that there was nothing they could do, this is absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning anytime soon if ever.

I come to eat here at least twice a week, the food is reasonable but sometimes it is not fresh and sometimes the service is unpleasant but overall there is nothing bad to say

an employee stole my phone from the table I was sitting at without my Knowledge. I left the store and returned after realizing, I didn’t have my phone, all the employees tried to cover it up and lie. I left the store one more time and informed my party that I still couldn’t find my phone, but it was connecting to my Apple Watch inside, I return back to the store. I told the employees that I was going to call the police. I left the store and called the police to attend the location With one of my party’s phone. I also tried calling my phone as well, but no answer. After I informed the employees that I called the police, they tried to show me a video of me putting the phone in my pocket and walking to the washroom. But they didn’t show me any video after I came out. The security camera does not show employees leaving their station. It only shows the customers dining in. Then they told me to recheck the bathroom, but there was a young kid in the washroom. When he exited the washroom, he told his father he found a phone, which was mine. I left the store and called the police to cancel, and went home. The employee didn’t give me my receipt upon purchase, so I was unable to get the store number to contact head office.

Service is very bad like poor because there is one punjabi girl working so she don’t how to make a sub and she throws everything in the sub I don’t why she is working here because that girl is like we are full so it very bad service and it experience was 31 aug 2024 11:20am on Saturday and just make sure and give to the proper training and let them know every customer is note a homeless

If the store is any closer then an hour away from closing do not use the app!!!!!
It will schedule your order for the next day and the staff can’t help you I’m told …
So now they expect me to get 3 dinner subs at 8:15 am ?.
Best part is the girls laughing thinking it’s just hilarious what is that was my last bit of money or something absolutely terrible never again will I be using the app of this location once I am reimbursed.

Bought a sandwich for dinner from this location. Bal was very pleasant and made an amazing sandwich. Good customer service and the store was immaculate clean.

The quality of the food at this location has gone way down. Nothing looks fresh in the veggie section. The lettuce is usually brown on the edges. I got soup today and asked the girl if the soup was freshly made today. She said yes but when she opened the pot of soup there was only a small amount in the bottom. Questioning if the soup was actually fresh. I feel this location does not follow the FRESH guidelines. I work in the plaza but I won’t be going to subway on Market again.

I should have option for 0 star or even worst. I tried to contact restaurant after I did take out, my sandwich was not right and when called no answer at all. When I went to the location next day, Employees were nice but the Manger said you would have to come back tomorrow for refund or a new sandwich. Horrible customer service. Would never be back to this location.
