Placed order and called immediately after as I didn't set pick up time nor did it prompt me to. After calling for 5 minutes they told me hot subs had already been made even though set pick up time was not for another 20 minutes. They offered to put in fridge when they did finally answer, great, now my kids get soggy cold meatball subs.

Went there and staff was really very bad. There was one girl working ag the front when went there 10-15 minutes before she got mad and went at the back and abused us in hindi language. I know the language so i understood what she said. Then i walk away and told her that thank u and i heard what she said at the back. I know that was there closing time but what if the person got free from their work at that time and need some affordable food !!!! Never ever go there again.

Worst place ever. I could give 0 star of this subway because the behaviour of afternoon shifts employees are very rude with the customer specially manager and the supervisor. Even they work against the govt. policy.

So This will be forwarded to corporate as well. My spouse and I shop at this location on king George rd in brantford, Ontario Every time we make a sizeable order of $70 + For our large family and we add $10 or 20% tip to our order for the staff to tip share. We were told that staff gets a tip via debit the owner keeps it and doesn’t give it to the employees Cash tips only!
This was verified by multiple staff on various occasions. I’m only one person. How many others have done the same without asking. This is an illegal practice and unfortunately it is not an isolated incident at said location.
Support small and local: YES support for this negligence and disregard for there employees: No way
Totally disgusted with the actions of the owner/ management team at this location I hope the staff hire a lawyer to file a class action suit against you.
Any lawyers out there wanna take this on I’ll bet this gets taken down by owner. If so I will go straight to head office and start the legal suit for your employees as the don’t know all our laws here .

Today is heat warning and there is no A/C in the store. Can’t able to seat and eat in side the store. Whole store is heating like oven.
