Went there and staff was really very bad. There was one girl working ag the front when went there 10-15 minutes before she got mad and went at the back and abused us in hindi language. I know the language so i understood what she said. Then i walk away and told her that thank u and i heard what she said at the back. I know that was there closing time but what if the person got free from their work at that time and need some affordable food !!!! Never ever go there again.

So This will be forwarded to corporate as well. My spouse and I shop at this location on king George rd in brantford, Ontario Every time we make a sizeable order of $70 + For our large family and we add $10 or 20% tip to our order for the staff to tip share. We were told that staff gets a tip via debit the owner keeps it and doesn’t give it to the employees Cash tips only!
This was verified by multiple staff on various occasions. I’m only one person. How many others have done the same without asking. This is an illegal practice and unfortunately it is not an isolated incident at said location.
Support small and local: YES support for this negligence and disregard for there employees: No way
Totally disgusted with the actions of the owner/ management team at this location I hope the staff hire a lawyer to file a class action suit against you.
Any lawyers out there wanna take this on I’ll bet this gets taken down by owner. If so I will go straight to head office and start the legal suit for your employees as the don’t know all our laws here .

Today is heat warning and there is no A/C in the store. Can’t able to seat and eat in side the store. Whole store is heating like oven.
I’ve gotten the same sub from subway at least once a week for quite some time now ( capicollo and bacon footlong) been charged the exact same price every single time and now all of a sudden this subway decided to charge me $26 dollars. I’m not one to normally ask about anything or question the cost of things but when I look on the board it clearly says the prices for up charges etc. the only explanation that they had was that the 6 inch sub would get 3 pieces of capicolo and the footlong gets 12.. curious as to why the lady only out 6 prices on the sub then.. nonetheless it would’ve been fine if the three ladies that were working inside weren’t so damn rude. Advice to just go to a different subway as this one sucks

Just want to let you know poor customer service we were in the store at 9:30 pm they said its our closing time so we cant let you dine in and actually there closing time was 11 pm ,this happens twice with us.Seriously will not recommend this place to eat. I hope this things get fixed ASAP.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES!If I could give it a 0 stars I would worst place to get food when I received it, there was no hot peppers or chipotle sauce the girl that I showed it to was being EXTREMELY RUDE and telling me she dosent have time because there’s hot peppers when there was In fact none she was pointing at tomato’s lmao, I will never eat here not worth your money
