Got there at 8:30 with my boyfriend to grab some subs…nearly every single container of food, pickles, onions, etc, was covered in mold! My bf politely pointed it out, asking if she’d noticed that yet, and she completely brushed it off, this could be a serious health problem and is a violation of health policies! Disgusting.

I went into another location over the weekend and did not have great service. The way I was treated at the Subway on Market Street, Brantford didn’t leave me feeling great. I phoned here today to ask about buying a gift card and getting the free sub. The young girl answered my questions and was pleasant. I will be using this location from now on

Ordered power bowl- classic steak🤣 And all I got is steamed meat with soggy rice, lettuce, cucumbers and 1/2 tbs cheese. In the name of “salsa” the employee said that they were instructed to dice cucumbers😆 What a waste🤡

july 26. 8:30pm the lady at the counter was really nice to me made filling subways and also listened very well to my concerns. She took my health concerns into consideration and made me a perfect subway.
Placed order and called immediately after as I didn't set pick up time nor did it prompt me to. After calling for 5 minutes they told me hot subs had already been made even though set pick up time was not for another 20 minutes. They offered to put in fridge when they did finally answer, great, now my kids get soggy cold meatball subs.
