My bun was stale and fell apart when I ate it they are suppose to be fresh everyday but obviously they are using dayvold bread
Was told by the workers because i go to north park I should know all of their rules and do their job of telling myself refills are not allowed if you leave and come back willing to pay. When I ask if I can refill then leave and come back (within the hour), they call the cops and say I am stealing and they took the drink from my friend with the cup still quarter full of what we came in with (and payed full price for) and couldn't own up to them giving out misinformation as the only stealing there was them with my money and I cannot believe the way they talked to us and really called cops because they were in the wrong.

Worse subs ever. The buns were stale and dry. Plus the brisket sub was processed beef (17.00). Will never go back and we'll spread the word.

Very rude store to deal with person hung up on me said tha they don’t do deliveries how ever you do with partner service such as uber door dash called a liar

Well I wished there was some negative stars this place would have collected lots. The sales lady skips people without following the queue then blames me saying I used my phone. She was so confused not paying attention to the clients. All the best with the business at this location - surprisingly a similar episode did happen at this place I believe a year ago when I didn’t get to make even an order here because of the worst service at the Fairview road, Brantford. Go to this place expecting anything. Food is only a second part. Anyways I would never ever be coming here. Thanks.

Too worried about online orders. I've stood here for 10 mins waiting for someone to say anything to me. So over priced.
Ordered a sub through the app. App listed correct address, amount, and item ordered. App said item was ready to be picked up. Arrived and was told that order was not received and that the head office of Subway and the restaurant Subway are two different things. Huh? Same name, though. Then, I was asked to give my name and phone number to receive a "cancellation refund" if the order comes through. Not likely. Manager was rude and obnoxious when I calmly asked for an explanation. Seriously folks. Shop Canadian. I'll never order here again.

Rudest server and not helpful at all. We were probably her first customers of the day and she was not happy when we walked in. I asked her some questions about the menu and she was answering at the tip of her tongue. I couldn't hear or understand her. She would just point to the menu. She didn't change her gloves after cashing me out as she continued to help the next customer. Manager needs to retrain the employees about customer service.

I encountered a disturbing experience with a middle-aged lady server who seemed completely unhinged. Despite my explicit request for vegetarian options, she handled meat products without changing her gloves. Furthermore, she failed to change gloves after handling the cash register, continuing to wear the same gloves after touching both meat and money. Never coming back to this place.

One of the worst subway locations ive ever been too.
Bread was rock hard. Obviously stale and old. Had to ask 3 times for more pickles, 3 times for more olives, 3 times for extra sauce..
They are so cheap they put like 4 olives and 4 pickle slices on a footlong sub and think thats normal??
The lettuce in the bin looked wet and gross. No way they are rotating the veggies and toppings as they should be.
Bad customer service, the employees can hardly speak english and dont understand how to serve customers correctly.
Bad hygene. Poor food quality.
Will never be back here. And i advise everyone to stay away from this location.
