No chicken on the menu but the chicken ranch so the server said. Rude. Like she's doing you a favour. She rolled her eyes when I said no peppercorn ranch....nice!
Haven't been in a long time and will never go back again. Awful server, crappy sandwich selection.

Second time in a row ordering online from here i had to watch them make my sub when i got there. Whats the point of ordering online and waiting 20 minutes for pickup if they dont make it until i get there anyway?

I ordered via uber eats when we got our subs they were completely wrong - no cheese and put the wrong sauces (I ordered mustard, mayo and subsauce but got chipotle and peppercorn ranch) I kindly called the store to explain the mixup and said I would come into the store myself with the wrong food and asked if my sub could be remade correctly. She argued on the phone saying my sub was correct and I’m wrong, said if I want the correct sub to pay for it and she was extremely rude and had 0 customer service skills. When I asked if there was someone else above her I could speak with she said “I have a customer “ and hung up the phone and I tried to call back several times and no one answered.

I completely understand it gets busy and mixups happen especially with online orders however the terrible customer service on top of the wrong food and her trying to tell me my sub was right as if I wouldn’t know is not okay.

I will not be coming back to this subway again.

Got take out, a meatball sub and a CBR salad. The lettuce was wilty, only 2 tomatoes and maybe 3 or 4 cucumbers cut up on the salad. My wife, who ate the salad said the chicken, which had 1 small scoop and 2 pieces of bacon tasted bitter and off. She used to work at a subway said there was nothing made correctly. It was not busy, there was only 1 other person besides me in the store. Would not come back. If anyone gets sick, will update.

Sub was good, worker was friendly. Please pay to have another person working? There is one poor girl working here at 12 noon trying to bake bread and make subs for 10 people lined up for lunch. Why would you only have one single person running the store during lunch hour? Brutal.

I ordered an online pickup from this spot and this spot was a good convenience for me as it’s not far away from my home, I preordered it to pick it up and I ordered my sandwich toasted and with cheese I got home and opened my sandwich and it wasn’t toasted and absolutely no cheese on it. My mother in-law called the subway to see if I could get a coupon or a refund and the customer service skills absolutely need help, called the subway and a lady answered the phone my mother in- law told her what was wrong and told the lady “I picked up my order and it was not toasted and had absolutely no cheese” the lady told her “no there is cheese on it and it is toasted I was the one who made it” my mother in-law told her that we looked in the sandwich and there was no cheese. The lady told her that there was cheese on it and proceeded to hang up the phone on my mother in-law. With an fast food industry that gets hundreds maybe more customers every year and proceeds to hang up on their customers should not be in business as that is bad customer service.My mother in-law decided to email this subways corporate and mind you this happened at 4:20pm and she emailed them around 5pm and they didn’t get back to her until almost 11pm just saying “sorry for your experience and thank you for your customer service” yeah nope not anymore at this place. It used to be so good but it is not good now.

Ordered online with the app and they were just wrapping it up when I arrived a few minutes later. Very friendly staff and the place was clean and tidy. Will return!

Orderd an hour and 15 mins ahead of pick up showed up 5 mins early waited in car. Went in a set pickup time and still had to wait 20 mins for order to be made, then only half of my order was made. disappointed and frustrated.

Today 2nd Jan 2024, around 3:30 pm I ordered a Footlong herb and cheese bread but They gave me Flatbread in online pick up order.other than that Few months back I accidentally ordered at this location and then I tried to contact the restaurant nobody picked up. And there is no other way to reach Franchise too. This is highly inconvenient. I am not getting a worth for my money.

Absolutely zero customer service skills. I’ve worked in fast food and the service industry for years and this was insane to me. I ordered my sub with my husband and when it comes time to ask for my toppings I state what i would like on it. I asked for extra pickles and got 6 slices so i asked for some more extra and got 2 more slices. Pretty cheap to me since subs cost around $15 dollars a piece now. Then i asked for honey mustard and the worker picked up mayo i tried to stop her and correct her but she slathered my sub in it anyway. Mistakes happen not a big deal but the customer service skills here are what shocked me. After informing her that she messed up, i didn’t get an apology or anything she just stared at me. I said it’s fine just wrap it up then it is what it is. She says what? Do you want me to throw it out? that’s the only rectifier that i was offered is throwing the whole thing out. I wouldn’t have left a review at all if she at least said that she was sorry! Absolutely horrible customer service so many things could’ve been done or offered to fix the mistake and nothing just a stare down and a snarky offer to throw out the food.
