Placed an order at 9:15pm with them its confirmed and at 10:50 the driver calls saying the staff is claiming they never got the order in the first place!! Lazy staff not wanting to do their jobs and make sandwiches!

I'll be boycotting this specific location. Don't know how the owner is training the employees there, but if you below average service alongside toppings that don't meet the bare minimum amount to constitute a sandwich, then this is the place for you. Come here if you want to get ripped off.

Otherwise, I'd recommend driving to a different location.

Stay away from this specific location. Bite the bullet and drive out to a different location. Ordered a veggie sandwich with spinach onions green peppers olives and cucumbers. They put two spinach leaves, maybe three onions pieces on each side of the footlocker, forgot to put olives and barely sprinkled a couple of green peppers. Never seen a location so stingy with toppings. Hope this location belly flops hard. Owners must be instructing their employees to cheap out on the toppings.

This subway should close, ordered one rice bowl with chicken. The smell was so awful that I have to throw in garbage 🗑️. Pls improve your quality.

BIG NO NO. Ordered 1 rice bowl with pork cutlet. I also payed extra as it was not included in the menu, but when I received the rice bowl, the pork felt like rotten meat, very bad smell from rice. Green paper without proper chopping. Moreover the bowl was not even fully packed with rice. Whats the point of getting a rice bowl with only half scoop of rive in it.

Employee who was making the sub was not so customer service friendly. She was very rude and making faces from the beginning. She said buy any 2 subs (Veggie delight) and any 3rd footlong would be free (Veggie pattie) and she charged the higher price of the two and said it is all system thing and cant do anything.

Tried ordering online this afternoon for two very basic subs from subway. As basic as I thought it was the restaurant that failed to deliver the subs to the correct address close to 2 hours later. And proceeded to complain that they had no order and that caller was at fault. lol. Staff were completely ignorant, hung up on customer more than 10x times. Broken English. Yet getting mad at the consumer. Delivery driver off skip was Sakinder. Who also refused customer support or information into the mishap and also just hung up and never answered calls. And knew the correct address without ever acknowledging the customer. Just disconnected any form of communication. Great damn customer service. Yet people want to make as minimum wage the staff at this location were so damn ignorant and entitled. Request for name. Ignored. Request to speak to manager. No response. Request for anything. And empty useless pause. Cheap labour doesn’t always equal the best employees.

Food was ordered and paid for on the app. We drove to pick it up at 6:30 pm and they had closed early. I called three times to ask about a refund before I could get a manager. When I asked if they would take my time into account and offer a cookie on my next visit, the manager hung up on me. I wrote to corporate and they just forwarded my message to the manager that hung up on me to reply. Poor customer service from Shashivadan!

We went in and there was a family who went through line pretty quick were 2 workers working . There was a parent and kid who has like a bunch of subs made so already waited at least 10 minutes or more past that then instead of making my order as I had already waited at least 10 or more minutes they went right on making subs for someone else who was not in line . Second you should not be making fod for customers and taking payments as well this k it's disgusting. Worker finally after 20 or more minute made our subs with gloves after touching money with the gloves . Got home both subs tasted like garbage looked gross and didn't taste great won't every be back due to quality of food, customer service and waiting for over seemed like 20 or more minutes when shouldn't have as well touching people's food, ingredients without changing gloves

I went today to get some sub , and the sub was really good but the lady who works there doesn’t know how to deal with people and to do good customer service, her dealings with people seams a bit rude and disappointing.
