The worst customer service ever. Went to this place for brunch to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Prior to ordering, we clarified the price of the vegetarian burgers and asked if it would be $13.95 for one patty versus the two for $17.95 and the waitress said that’s correct. Upon receiving the bill, we were paying $17.95 for all the burgers so we questioned it after which she called the manager who was a completely disrespectful human being. He came with the utmost attitude and said there was no problem with the bill and we’re paying for what we got. He said he can give us free dessert which by the way we were told in the beginning that we can’t get it on a holiday monday. We asked for a price reduction over the dessert and he said no. We said we will pay the full price and don’t want dessert but to just accept the mistake and he said no there’s no mistake on our side AT ALL and burgers always entail meat which we just “don’t understand.” He told us we had thirty minutes with the menu and didn’t know how to read. We said it needed more clarification and he said there’s a period after the beyond meat burger part which by the way there was not and he’s like okay I’m not giving you money back , AGAIN completely disregarding the fact that they’ve made mistakes. He was treating us like beggars and we overheard other staff saying that we were putting on a scene to pay less, mind you our bill was $183, we weren’t paying anything less. Felt like an attack frankly. This manager was disrespectful, rude , egoistic and showed zero customer service and the waitress backed off her words completely making us feel like liars. Will never be going back and this by the way Is the first time ever that we didn’t tip a restaurant. These people should be trained on customer service and kindness.

New Manager and wait staff are amazing. We had a 2 night stay in the attached hotel, night one they were very accommodating, night two they remembered our names and provided complimentary desert that was not even on the menu. Highly recommend. Little bit of a hidden gem with amazing food and atmosphere.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had. this place used to be amazing about five years ago, I would go at least once a week. Came back today and we took one bite of the spinach dip and almost vomitted.

Excellent dinner. I've been here twice now and got the same thing. I got the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. It's super good. Fish tacos were wet and not crispy fish. Service is good, too.
