i ordered two Crunchwrap’s with no tomato - both had tomato. My fries supreme WITHOUT tomatoes had tomatoes and was put in the bag sideways so it was all smushed to one side. My dip that was supposed to come with chips did not have any chips. The doritos taco was absolutely crushed when it got here. NONE of my 5 sauces i ordered came with it. this is insane and such a waste of $30

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the treatment I received at this Taco Bell location. I work as an Uber delivery driver, and when I went to pick up an order, I greeted the staff politely with “Hello, how are you?” — but they didn’t even respond. I waited 5–7 minutes while the order was already ready, and when I asked about it, the employee dismissively said, “Just hold on, I’m busy.” Their attitude was rude, insulting, and made me feel humiliated in front of other customers. I felt completely ignored and disrespected, and it seemed like I was treated this way just because of my background. No one deserves to be treated like this. This experience was extremely upsetting and left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.

I honestly don’t understand how this was messed up. I ordered FOUR beef and cheese burritos — nothing else. No beans. No rice. Just beef and cheese. Simple, right?
Got home, opened the bag, and every single burrito was packed with rice. No beef. Basically four sad rice tubes. Over $20 wasted and straight into the garbage.

I went here for dinner with my family and it was amazing. The service was the best service I've ever had at any taco bell or fast food restaurant. The cashier was super kind and calm. I got 2 combos and 10 bean burritos. All the filling was good but just a little soggy, but other than that it was awesome. Best taco bell in BRANTFORD!!!!

Had an awful experience at this location. Pulled into the drive-thru ordered my first meal, went to order my second meal and the East Indian women on the microphone started to yell at me through the microphone in a rude manner because I didn’t understand what she was saying, ordered 2 baha blasts and only received 1 out of the 2. I finally pull up after ordering and my fry supreme looks like this

If i could leave zero stars i would. We stopped here to have a quick dinner on our way home from the movies. The girl that took our order was ignorant and impatient trying to force us to order while we were still looking over the menu options and had not stepped up to the counter for service yet. I asked to use the washroom and when I was let into.it, it was disgusting! There was urine all over the toilet seat, and when I told staff about it, they made no movement to attempt to clean the bathroom. We sat in the restaurant for approximately 45 minutes and no staff member ever went to clean it. The fries supreme had almost no fries in it and it looked like it was made sideways. They were also out of the cinnabon delights my children asked for, but at this point I think they just didnt feel like making them. All of the tables were filthy and sticky. We saw one staff member put her hand over her mouth and run her hand through her hair while she was in the area to make the food. Perhaps instead of standing around on their phones when not serving customers they should do some cleaning. Very disappointing visit and very unlikely to return!

This store has the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced!!! Every time I order from here I have to check my order before I leave the parking lot and it’s always wrong or missing stuff. Just went again tonight, got my food then checked it. Was missing items and just wrong in general. The employees make you feel stupid and like crap after letting them know the order is wrong and don’t even apologize.

If I could give zero I would. HALF EMPTY medium coke that I had to remind them I purchased as they tried to shew me away. Couldn’t provide me an itemized receipt which is also annoying. Then I get my quesadilla and I requested the cheese, due to language barrier she thought I said chicken, luckily I clarified before anything was made/before I paid. Then I realize there’s no sauce. I go through and she said it’s because you said “just cheese” even though that was because I was clarifying my order. Don’t come here. Waste of time. Never ever pleased.
Ordered through the drive-thru and they forgot an order of fries but not the cheese sauce. I went inside and politely explained that to the woman who took my order. She yelled at me and tried to argued with me over what I ordered. She said something to the other staff in another language that I don't understand and those women made faces of disgust and were shaking their heads. I was just about to say nevermind, don't bother, when the yelling woman threw a bag with fries on the counter. The woman's aggression was unprovoked and ridiculous.
