Ordered through the drive-thru and they forgot an order of fries but not the cheese sauce. I went inside and politely explained that to the woman who took my order. She yelled at me and tried to argued with me over what I ordered. She said something to the other staff in another language that I don't understand and those women made faces of disgust and were shaking their heads. I was just about to say nevermind, don't bother, when the yelling woman threw a bag with fries on the counter. The woman's aggression was unprovoked and ridiculous.

Me and my friend ordered a baha blast and they were very rude when they were taking my money and giving me the cup then we put our hand up asking politely for some napkins and they just gave us a side eye and ignored us then we asked again because there was a mess and they just scoffed at us 1 star

Unprofessional and rude behaviour of the night shift girls for the delivery drivers. They don’t care and also if they see a delivery driver he’s gotta be served at very last. Total waste of time and crap policy.

Worst employees of the year award goes here for the night shift people. I got the delivery, waited 7-10 minutes then I entered the restaurant. But look everyone is enjoing in the corner of dine in lobby. When I said the order they responded we just got the order😡. After wasting 15-20 minutes what I got were the wrong orders. They might be doing hard work two shifts but unable to pay attention what they are serving. Unprofessional and rude behaviour for the delivery drivers.

Very unfulfilling. Probably the worst taco bell I’ve had. Asked for light ranch and light lettuce in my gordita, there was extra lettuce and barely any cheese. They had hardly enough ground beef to make it. 2 steak soft tacos was dry and had barely any cheese and the lettuce was on its last life. Go to colborne for better experience.

Would give negative stars if I could. There is no sign stating they cannot take $100 bills and claim it’s a company policy as to why they cannot accept them….yet the Taco Bell on colborne takes $100 bills. I just confirmed with them that they do. If you’re gonna decline a form of payment, have the decency to put up a sign stating so, and don’t lie saying it’s company policy while smirking in my face. The girl working the drive through was extremely rude and snarky with the way she spoke to me. 0/10 will not be back to this location after this

Over $20 for a chili cheese burrito (that was soggy and had maybe a spoonful of chili) fries supreme (that was so small it was a joke) and a chicken snack burrito (again mostly empty). Absolutely terrible and a ripoff to boot
