Amazing staff

I ordered the Grilled Cheesy Burrito as it's very clearly labeled as being vegetarian (and certified by the American Vegetarian Association). Unfortunately when I bit into it there was very clearly ground beef. When asking the staff about this they were rather rude and argued that this item came with ground beef. A simple direction to the menu and the wording did not change their mind despite it clearly being stated.

Using the Taco Bell online contact form to enquire about this was useless as it constantly gives an error and does not work. So all in all I can not in good conscience ever return to the chain due to the horrible customer service.

Stopped for a break on a road trip. Workers seemed annoyed that we wanted food. Cheese sauce on the fries supreme I can only suspect was watered down. Thin. No taste. Why in the world would you do that! The amount of beef on the tacos was about half of what we get at other restaurants. Tried to talk to staff about the cheese sauce but after standing at the counter for 5 minutes and no one in site I gave up. I will not return.

Made an online order 50 minutes before it closed and took the order AND took the money and when we went to pick it up, they were closing at 6:24 and the girl down right lied and said there was no order and I received it in an email! Now I have to fight to get the money back! If you’re going close early, ant least let the App know your doing this! NEVER again!

Well the guy in front of me waited 24 minutes for his one bag of food, and after standing in line behind him for 12 minutes while the one person in front of him was trying to figure out what they wanted to eat and asked every ingredient, the cashier kept running back to help the only line person make food. No hand washing between taking payments occurred before touching people's fries and rolling up burritos. I ordered a "two-piece Cinnabon from the value menu, please" to which the employees yelled back and forth to each other and their first language I'm assuming, and after three more attempts at her trying to both find what I'm asking for on the menu board and her comprehending but I was asking because she kept telling me it's a four piece and I said no it's a two piece on your value menu right there she still couldn't figure it out so I gave up. And I just watched the guy that was in front of me finally got his food at 28 minutes later. It's lunch time at a highway truck stop. Wendy's saved me today

It would be nice if the employee would get off the phone with her family member while taking the order, making the order and taking payment. Maybe try working while at work.Waited over a minute to place order while she had a phone conversation and watched my food being prepared with a phone jammed into her ear.

Would not honor national coupon for $5 fan favorites.Employee showed a notice from store manager stating could only order one item for $5. Had a $30 work lunch order and ended taking business elsewhere.
