Made an online order 50 minutes before it closed and took the order AND took the money and when we went to pick it up, they were closing at 6:24 and the girl down right lied and said there was no order and I received it in an email! Now I have to fight to get the money back! If you’re going close early, ant least let the App know your doing this! NEVER again!

Well the guy in front of me waited 24 minutes for his one bag of food, and after standing in line behind him for 12 minutes while the one person in front of him was trying to figure out what they wanted to eat and asked every ingredient, the cashier kept running back to help the only line person make food. No hand washing between taking payments occurred before touching people's fries and rolling up burritos. I ordered a "two-piece Cinnabon from the value menu, please" to which the employees yelled back and forth to each other and their first language I'm assuming, and after three more attempts at her trying to both find what I'm asking for on the menu board and her comprehending but I was asking because she kept telling me it's a four piece and I said no it's a two piece on your value menu right there she still couldn't figure it out so I gave up. And I just watched the guy that was in front of me finally got his food at 28 minutes later. It's lunch time at a highway truck stop. Wendy's saved me today

It would be nice if the employee would get off the phone with her family member while taking the order, making the order and taking payment. Maybe try working while at work.Waited over a minute to place order while she had a phone conversation and watched my food being prepared with a phone jammed into her ear.

Bought the new crispy melt big box and received two of the smallest tacos I've ever had from a taco bell. Complete waste of $13

We ordered cheesy bean rice burrito and this was the worst we ever had. We always buy the same kind of burrito and the quality is way better everywhere else compared to this location. They don’t know how to make it. They made it so runny there is no way a person can eat it without making a huge mess. We will never order here again and we do not recommend this place.

Unreal. I'm getting a to go order. Comes to 22 and change. I give her 2 twenty dollar bills. She refused it because one of the bills had a small tear. Like a half inch tear. Which I got the bills directly from an ATM. Unfuckingreal!
