Half hour wait really that should be called slow food. People inside the restaurant we're complaining they were going to be late on their lunch so I went back out and waited in the Drive-Thru still had to wait half an hour. And I took a picture of my so-called double Dilla and it was flat like a pancake because she threw everything on top of it and there was nothing in it wish I could post the picture. So slow for food. Your one manager handed me my tray of food when I was holding onto 3 pops. Your counter is full of containers, napkins ect. Of course I cannot take a tray that's being handed to me holding on to 3 pop. I asked the manager to set the tray down so I can put the pop on it and then take the tray. I got a discusting look. If looks could kill... I'd be dead. You have lost my business! Should have went to A&W.

everytime i go in there i never get what i ask for this is the last time i will ever go to taco bell asked for a double crunch wrap ... there is no shell in this at all and the guy infront of me waited a half hour before he got his order and all they said was didnt get your order sorry .. even though he had a prof of purchase
