On my most recent visit.. I found that the restaurant isn't as good as previous visits.. I had the 6 oz Sirloin Oscar with double baked potato.. The food was just OK.. Asked for blue rare, and it was cooked to rare.. The double baked potato was small.. Usually I take home half my dinner.. This time it wasn't a problem to finish it all..

Just had dinner with my husband for my birthday. Our waitress Veronica was fantastic: attentive, conversational, and brought a joy to our table with every visit. My steak (Sirloin Oscar) was a little more cooked than I preferred but both her and the manager immediately offered to rectify the situation. They offered to remake the steak (unnecessary, I can eat medium rare and no sense in wasting the food.) They then surprised us with a complimentary dessert and comped more on the meal (which wasn't necessary either.)The meal was phenomenal otherwise, the food absolutely decadent, and Veronica did everything to make it a special experience for both of us!Thank you Veronica, the Manager on Duty, and the entire staff. You can bet we'll be back for more!

Overpriced, loud (as in none of the kind of atmosphere that you'd expect considering the scandalous prices). Oh yeah, let's not forget the Ceasar salad with no bacon (unless you want to pay a few bucks for it).Once again - only here because of a gift card. I'm actually going to suggest to the person that got us this for the second year in a row, to get us a card that is good at several restaurants instead.Seriously folks, if you want a good steak AND a fine dining experience , go somewhere else. That's why I slam this place, because they try to pass themselves off as something they're not.OR if you're OK with roadhouse dining with appropriate pricing and you're in the USA, find a Texas Roadhouse - seriously better cuts of meat, crazy cheap AND they don't try to be something they're not. I was just there two days ago and the difference in meat qualit, price, and experience was like night and day. It made my visit here tonight at the keg extra unpalatable. Or, maybe it was the Ceasar salad with no bacon!Hey, they've got the masses fooled though, so good for them.

I really appreciated the glass of champagne while we waited for our table, and the wait wasn't long at all. Our waiter was very diligent in letting us know what may cost extra and was terrific when we asked for substitutions. The flexibility was outstanding! The food was good, service was good and we loved the dim lights and atmosphere. Overall a great experience. Well done!

Our server was awesome, we were sat in the corner a table of 2, and then next to us was a large party who were drunk, annoying, loud, sat very close to us, leaned over the end of the table so the persons back and but were basically on our table. They were very annoying and loud, I couldn't even hear the person I was seated with.
Everything was great and made even better by an excellent server named Nigel. 6 stars for him!

I really enjoyed the Steak and Lobster tail. Everything was hot and cooked to perfection. You definitely should make a reservation if you want to eat around 6pm. Our server was excellent as well.

Visited on a Monday night. It was quieter than usual. Our waitress was outstanding. The food great as usual and the atmosphere as always was perfect. My friend enjoyed the burger plate with mushrooms and I tried the New York Striploin for the first time. Comparing it to my usual filet mignon there, I think I will stick to the filet forever and always! The French fries were horrible (so I will go back to something (anything) else next times as well. The fries were like unflavored cardboard. Overall, not a huge concern as the staff and atmosphere made up for it. Will be back for sure.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Filet Mignon cooked to perfection, Caesar salad and Caesar Brussel Sprouts were divine. A fantastic Bottle of Wine and, of course, Billy Miner pie for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal.
