It's unfortunate how they don't show you the price of ANYTHING UNTIL YOU GET YOUR BILL, AND STOP LEAVING LUNCH SIGNS OUT FRONT WHEN SERVING AFTER 4, Also my John Candy burger bun top to bottom was soaked in grease the burger fell apart everywhere and they can also be a little more generous with the curds in their poutine especially when you spend almost a hundred dollars there....I'll NEVER take my family to The Works again such a rip off !!!!!

Ordered some burgers for takeout tonight. Got the “getting piggy with it” and the “eggcellent” burgers and both were spectacular! shout out to the chef

Myself and a friend were here for dinner this weekend and had a great experience! The food is always fantastic but I wanted to give a special shout out to our server Serena! The volume in this restaurant is always at max when there is an event at the Sanderson Centre and this was definitely one of those nights! Despite being quite busy we found Serena to be very knowledgeable about the menu. She made suggestions when my friend couldn’t decide what to have and also informed us that they were having some temporary issues with their liquor licence. (Minor inconvenience but at least being informed before we ordered our food we could choose to stay) overall a good experience made fantastic by your employee Serena!

Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait. I was there for twenty minutes before anyone even talked to me. Then i ordered and waited another 35 minutes. I asked if they could expedite my burger (yeah one burger) because I had to leave and they simply cancelled my order. So I wasted an hour of my time only to get no food!
Terrible service and they weren’t that busy. I’d love be able to rate the food but unfortunately I can’t. You Never treat customers like this.

Ordered food, we only live 3 kms away from the restaurant and the food was ice cold and crap.

First time there on the weekend. Greeted very nicely by the hostess Addie who promptly seated us
They were busy last Saturday night so she helped out and took our drink order. Our server Erin was fabulous and very friendly
