My first time going here today found them on Google! Was looking for a mean, big, loaded poutine. I met Austin whom by the way is a gem! She helped me through the menu, made my custom poutine to my liking and was very friendly and welcoming even though I was rushing to get back to work. By far this is the best poutine I’ve had in a long time and plan on making time to come back with the family for a full out meal. The ppl are awesome, the atmosphere is awesome and the food is awesome! My new goto place 😄. I normally don’t do reviews but will lose sleep if I don’t do one for these good ppl! Worth checking out! I have been here a couple of times with friends. I always find their burgers to be delicious regardless of which one I try and their fires aren't bad either. If you are in a splurging mood, I would definitely recommend one of their milkshakes as they are to die for.

Overall, I always have a good experience whenever I go and strongly recommend if you want a more premium burger.

As always, amazing food. Dining room was not busy but the music was VERY loud making it hard to have a conversation during dinner.

Exactly what you want from a burger joint!! Perfectly cook juicy burgers and bang on cooked fries. Free desert for the kids. The staff super friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. One and only issue the non carpet floors are super slippery so sit close to the front!!

I've gone here prob a million times now, forgotton bacon a couple of times, and food somtimes takes 15+ minutes to come out, otherwise the servers are great and the food is always good too.

GO HERE NOW! BEST PRICES, BEST FOOD, BEST PEOPLE! Always a great experience at the works! I miss the peppercorn patty! But everything else is still amazing! Must have Kamikaze+Blues Burger (tip: Add blue cheese and bacon to the Kamikaze burger!)

We went here for dinner Sunday March 30/2025 at around 7 pm

we got there and waited for a table then we had gotten to our table and put into the darkest corner of the entire restaurant to start off while there was ample seating everywhere as they were not busy.

Our server Nicole had taken our drink order and I had ordered an ice tea no ice with a lemon and recived an iced tea with ice with no lemon to start off then she took our order and the sweet potato fries I ordered were awful littlerally almost burnt. And the chicken burger I ordered had like no boom chicka bommboom sauce and I had also ordered it with no pickles and recieved pickles on my sandwich.

Our server Nicole had not come over to check out how are meal was and also did not ask if we needed condiments or drinks filled up during the duration of the entire meal

all she did the whole time we were there was sit by the kitchen and watched over the dining room the whole time and did not tend to the table until it was time to bring the bill

I also paid good money to bring my family to this establishment for dinner and we should have received better service .

Thanks for the delicious food that was delivered to Wellington (& Queen). I had forgotten about The Works, but I'll definitely be back!

Was going to see the ABBA show with my friend tonight and decided to stop for dinner. The food was amazing but our server is what topped it. Serena was quick on her feet but that didn’t stop her personality from shining. She gave us a great dining experience with great food.

I went with a friend last Friday. I usually love the Burgers, so no change there. However, I'm leaving a comment due to the phenomenal service. The waiter was extremely personable and often went out of their way for all tables. I feel horrible as I kept the receipt so I could leave a name. The waiter was at the front of the restaurant on Sept 27 approx 2pm (clerk 2950?). Awesome service!
